Question: Hi, you declined my bid on your boat for being to high at $1643.39, which is $1500 + uship fees. A sail boat is one of the worst items to get transported by some one who does not know them well. With the mast, rigging, keel, and high center of gravity they are accident prone in the hands of the inexperienced driver. Remember the sweetness of a cheap deal is forgotten long before the bitterness of a cheap deal gone bad. I am a boat professional with 25 years of experience, and I realize that you are shopping for a good price. If you call a marina for this job you would most likely be quoted $3000 +.
