Response: what means would ashley be transported ? if you stop for periods of time would ashley be left in hot area alone? she recently had a pre cancerous operation and since then has been very needy for attention and company. The airline was going to transport her in cargo area for $400 but I do not want that due to the heat and it might be freightening to her. Will ashley have a length of time in the hot parked auto or will you bring her in the motel if you stop overnight ? are you considering dropping the cost of the to and from trip to $600 as i requested in my previous note ? it's a shame we can't call eachother up to take care of all questions at the same time, but I really do understand your contract with uship and I wouldn't want to cause any problem for you. I want to thank you for your courteous and timely responses. I have no idea where your base is so if it takes you alot of driving time to start at my place I can definately give you some rest time before you immediately get back on the road. Response: 600 will be fine. I will find other shipments along the route to compensate me so I'm not going to worry about it. Also I would need to watch the price of fuel then and adjust it if need be. Ashley would not be subject to any conditions I would not subject any of my four kids to so in closing Ashley will be afforded the same comforts as I provide for my 4 sons. She will stay in a pet friendly hotel with me (Jacuzzi as well, she can even swim in the pool if she wants and you don't object. lol.) (4/9/2009)

The date I want Ashley picked up in Blue Bell is between Fri 7/3/09 and no later than tues 9/7/09. would like it if she arrives in molino late on 7/8/09 or at least by 7/9/09. On the return trip from molino to blue bell she can be picked up on 7/23/09 or 7/24/09 and get back to Blue Bell as early as Sat, 7/25/09. More flexble with return to blue bell time. I have ton's of pics on my space, I don't mind 50% upon pick up although I do prefer upon bid acceptance to cover my fuel up there. Response: the bid acceptance will be for the entire 600, but payment will be split in half $300 pick up in Blue Bell and the other $300 Pick up in Molino. I'll fix breakfast or whatever for you before i send you on your way. still don't know where you're comming from before you reach blue bell, PA. but if it's far away and you're too tired to start driving immediately, you'll take some time here to get back in the groove. How do you want to be paid ? check, credit card, cash ? and will the kiddies be with you since it's during the summertime ? My two grandsons will be in Molino for some of the time at least, Older one is 15 and the younger one is 8. By the way, New orleans is about 2 1/2 to 3 hrs from my son's place, it might be an enjoyable place to visit. Will i be able to talk to you by phone when i accept the bid officially or do we have to use this format until the pickup ? Response: I'm sorry I meant to tell you I live in Lake City, Fl. And I will most likely rest the night I get there and pick up in the morning. I always have at least one kid with me on the trip along with my GF. We usually bring the younger ones with us and leave the 3 and 4 year old with our parents. I've wanted to go to New Orleans but never been. I've been to Baton Rouge several times though. I like the battle ship center in Mobile though. And yes, 300 on pick up is fine. (4/9/2009)

Response: Ashley will definately not to want to come home to me..... My son dropped her off to me at 35 lbs. next year she was 45 lbs. following year she was 57 lbs. She has been put on a diet and has gotten down to 42 1/2 lbs by eating only 1 measuring cup of benniful healthy weight food in morning and 1 cup in evening, I cut her milkbone snacks to 1/3 or 1/2 instead of one or two, but my mail girl sometimes feeds her two full milkbones when she drops of my mail and I drop some food accidently on purpose (which is not a good thing). Neither one of us loves the swealtering heat in FL, so this should be an interesting experience for both of us. What is your time zone where you live, Blue bell PA is est and molino, Fl is 1 hr earlier.Ashley is SPOILED !!!!! and full of personality. (4/9/2009)

My son rented a place in Cantonment, FL and the place got demolished by a hurricane. Both Cantonment and Molino are near Pensacola Fl. Most of my family live in Florida, My grandsons live in Ruskin near Tampa and my dad lives in Hallendale near Fl lauderdale miami area. I do have 2 sisters who live near me. If you thing Ashley's adorable, you should see Toby, one of my son's dogs, everytime a see a picture or video toby has me laughing !!! By the way Ashley has been fixed. I do not trust her to be off a leash unless she is gated in or in a room with the doors closed. She loves swimming but is scared if she can't get out of a pool ? Ipushed her in my friend's pool. Response: this is a 2 way trip to spend time with a to be retired Naval serviceman and his other pets. Ashley would like to leave Blue Bell, Pa 19422 in july '09 and arrive in Molino, FL 33570 by 7/8/09 or 7/9/09 at the latest. For the second part of the trip, she would leave Molino, Fl on 7/23 or 7/24 to arrive back in Blue Bell, PA by 7/25/09. $500 for the round trip sounds good if I would pay $250 for first 1/2 trip and the other $250 for second 1/2 of the trip. Response: Ashley has a wire cage if needed, it is reinforced with paper clips because she got out of the upper corner by wiggling and bumping her way out. She loves lots of attention. Is she going to be with you indoors if you stay anywhere overnight ? Is picking her up on the July 4th holiday going to create a hardship for you ? If all is ok with you, then please send in the bid for the roundtrip $500 so I can accept the bid and then share contact info with both of you. Response: would there be any problem shipping me With Ashley ? I wouldn't be any help driving, but I can stay with any dogs you have in the transport while you take the breaks you need. This would ensure that I would be in Molino when Ashley arrives just in case noone is at home at that time. I'm worried about not finalizing plans until 1 month before trip and I'm also worried that if something comes up after the bid is accepted and plans are made that this trip might fall thru for Ashley and me. Response: I understand and the animals definately come first. I can get a flight for myself and have you take my Ashley to my son's place in Molino and then return her to me in Blue Bell. I will get a flight to be in Molino on Wed 7/8/09, I will make sure someone will be there to get her in Molino if you get her there before I arrive (days or hours). We can be in touch by cellphone to guarantee that someone will be there to get Ashley from you. I will get a flight to bring me to molino on wed and I will have plane reservations to get me home for Friday evening on 7/25/09. I have family contacts here as a contingency to be able to get Ashley from you in case of an emergency that I would not be here. I will make sure that we work closely together to ensure a good trip both ways for both of you and Ashley. Would it be ok with you if I would have my suitcase go along with Ashley. I am a little nervous waiting till a closer time since the trip for ashley could be cancelled and i'd have to board her at a vet if the dates considered cannot be arranged, especially if i make airline arrangements for myself for that time.
