Response: this time of year most deliveries are bringing boats down here and i am hoping to find a company that does not want to return empty (10/20/2009)

Response: The Manufacture aren't delivering much of anything! And everyone in the private sector wants a back haul! The point still remains , that you target does not cover the cost to move, that means you are expecting a carrier to have to pay to move your boat! Response: im from atherstone about 40 miles south of nottingham . no i have sailed her around the carrabean the last 4 years though i have delivered boats further south . arto was based in martinique for her first years and spent hurrican season further south either granada or trinidad (10/20/2009)

Question: Sir just to help,it is the mileage and the permitting reqwuirements that escalate the costs.right now with the fuel rising(deisel only)a good price would be 3.00/mile with no escorts involved.The mileage alone would make it around $10,000 with the detours and extras mileage for construction.To save a height pole escort in Fl,it needs to load under 14'6"H.Surely it isn't 13'10"H????Deep keel???The absolute best price I can offer is 12000.00....good luck tduncan55(ThomasDuncanTrucking) (10/20/2009)

Response: yes i measured arto today 12ft 6in can be done. i do have issues in that i have to find boatyard in san fran . and i will have to check with customs becouse the crousing permit has run out an i will have to get her to vancouver to renew .if it happens i need to know no other costs will be added and that my boat is fully insured (10/31/2009)
