Question: Thanks for the prompt response. What kind of car is it? I happen to own a Corolla and its 2,500 lbs. 1,700 lbs. is a very small car! Also, that haul is almost 600 miles. Question: One last question - The 26th is going to work best for me, I'm booked after that. But you mentioned the seller will be out of town at that time. I've been on Fort Rucker before, and its about 60 miles south of Montgomery. I'm wondering, could I take delivery of the "bug" on 12/21 having the seller meet me on the south side of Montgomery? I could then do Christmas, and bring the car to you on 12/26 and not have to run the extra 120 miles (which will raise the cost of my bid). Not to mention the convenience of not having to gain access to Fort Rucker (they were plenty thorough last time). Thanks. (12/18/2006)
