Questions for this shipment:

Question: hello, could your sheep ride in a lg dog crate in the back of my pick up. im delivering in eden prairie mn on the 14th , thanks jerry (7/13/2009)
Response: Yes, he would fit fine in a large dog crate. the problem would in a pickup he would have no protection from heat/wind. I would rather he travel in a closed environment (horse trailer, etc). (7/13/2009)
Question: Hello - we will be in St.Paul,MN @ 7/26, and may be able to get your lamb at least to KY, possibly further South. Do you still need shipping, and how flexible are you with meeting us on the way? Please advise, Thanks! (7/17/2009)
Response: Thanks for answering. I'm not able to meet you on the 27th, I'll be out of town for the next two weeks for my work. For now I'm planning on driving up over Labor Day weekend to fetch him. I have a friend in Lexington that can stable him if he got that far. How would you transport him? Thanks again for your contact (7/17/2009)
Response: Thanks for your quick response! Depending on the size of the crate he needs, he would be in the back of the SUV, or in the crate in the horse trailer. We will be leaving MN @ 7/26, and can drop him off in KY, or bring him all the way to you, if we end up going that far South, and you are back home by then. What is your target price? I will place a bid, as soon as I have a definite schedule. (7/17/2009)
Response: I would be willing to pay $250 to get him moved to Lexington. My friend Nora Ward will meet you and you can leave him at Bryars Horse Farm. Thanks (7/18/2009)
Response: Is your friend Nora the one in MN or in KY? The lamb is 200 miles further North than Michael is going (400 miles round-trip), so it would help tremendously, if the breeder could bring the lamb down to Forest Lake (North of St.Paul), in that case, I would charge $185 for the trip to KY. (7/18/2009)
Response: my friend is in Lexington. The lamb would need picked up at the breeder in Perham MN. Does that help? (7/18/2009)
Response: I am working on a pick up in Northern MN - if that works out, Perham will be on our way down, will place bid as soon as I know. (7/18/2009)
Question: Hello, My name is Ken and I own Lucky Pets Pet care and Transportation located here in Lexington, Ky. If you can have the lamb delivered to your friend in Lexington, I could transport down to Florida for you. he would ride in a dog crate in the back of my truck. there is a tarp over the crate to protect from the sun as well as the wind, I just transported a goat the same way and she did just fine. Will need health papers in order to transport. I am leaving Lexington on the 2nd of August and heading to Florida. Let me know if you need this done. Ken / Lucky Pets (7/19/2009)
Response: Thanks for your offer, but I will be picking him up in Lexington myself. What I need is transportation from Perham MN to Lexington. I think I've found someone that can do this here on the list. Thanks again (7/20/2009)
Question: Ok...I was just trying to save you a trip. ken /Lucky Pets / USDA Licensed (7/20/2009)
Question: Looks like the trip is coming together - will know tonight! Would we have to provide the crate, or will the ram come with one you then will use, too, when you pick him up at Nora's? (7/20/2009)
Response: The breeder will not have a crate. You will need to give the dimentions of the crate to make sure it is sufficient. I also want to know the duration of the trip before you will have him in Lexington. If you are hauling in a horse trailer I would like a photo of the trailer/truck you will use. I will have to contact the breeder for health certificate for transport as I was planning to pick him up myself over Labor day weekend. thanksbunches (7/20/2009)
