Question:
9/3/2009
Hi, have you heard back from the person buying the horse? I have place a bid for you to ship the colt. He would be the only horse travelling with me, so I can give him undivided attention/care. I have lowered my initial bid, to be competitive. I can offer excellent care and I can guarantee that he won't be shipped in a stock trailer or packed in tight like a can of sardines like lots of shippers out there. I will be driving him myself, I'm a small business. I earn the business and drive the horses myself. Thanks, Jessie @ Andiamo SportHorses.Report a Violation
Response: I haven't heard back from him, but I'm trying to get in touch with him, and I'll relay your information to him. When he called me on Tuesday, he had gotten an "estimate" for the shipping off of the equine.com page that my ad was on and wanted to send me the $714 estimate plus the amount I'm asking for my horse. I didn't know what he was talking about, so I looked on equine.com, and sure enough, you are able to estimate the shipping cost. That's how I came to find Uship.com. I told him that he needed to get in contact with a shipper and pay them for the transportation, and he would just pay me for the horse. In the meantime, I went ahead and submitted an ad on Uship looking for shippers to help him out. Thanks for the response.9/3/2009Not in Violation

Hello, We will be in the Dallas area next week. If you can meet us with the horse, we can transport for a lot less to FL. Let me know if that might help. Thanks Griffinsburg Equine TransportReport a Violation
Response: I appreciate your offer to haul my horse. I'm about 5 hours from Dallas, and I would be unable to get him there to meet you, but thank you. Have a great weekend!9/5/2009Report a Violation

I can do this for $700 the first week in OCT. Pick up would be around the 8th. I will deliver in 2-3 days. Let me know if I can help. I have a 6 horse that converts into multiple box stalls so I can accomodate him however you want. Thanks, Addy CravensReport a Violation

Question:

Hi, do you still need your colt transported? I will be in your area this week if so, if you still need it done I can put in a really good bid,Thank you Pancho and MissyReport a Violation
Response: I haven't accepted a bid yet because I'm waiting for the buyer from Florida to wire me the money on the horse. I should know something by Tuesday afternoon or Wednesday. Is your trailer a step up or does it have a ramp? Also do you have a box stall or is it a slant? This colt is just a yearling and hasn't ever been hauled. He's really good natured and ties, leads, etc., but he's still inexperienced. What is your bid, when would you be able to pick him up, and when would he be delivered? Thanks!9/7/2009Report a Violation
