Question: Hi, We are dropping a sailboat in seattle. Would a pickup truck bed work with dry ice? We are out of hudson fl. Thank You (2/19/2008)
Response: Hi capthotshot!! I do not see why not as dry ice should last the best part of a week. However, I am pretty sure that the coolers are packed pretty tight as my outfitter took care of it but would expect that we could squeeze in some dry ice to preclude any thawing. The meat is currently with a butcher/processor packed in the coolers in a freezer. I can contact him to see but think we can pull this off. (2/21/2008)
Response: Sounds good check with him and get back to us. Maby add another cooler if you have to, we have the room 8 ft bed. Cant see it taking more that 3 days getting back.Thanks, capthotshot (2/21/2008)
