Questions for this shipment:

Question: Thanks for the bid request. I see it is only 1 horse, is that correct? What is your timeframe? Thanks, Guy (2/11/2009)
Response: Hi Guy, You previously bid on 2 horses for me but I kind of have an emergency with one and need to ship him ASAP. He is a very large older Warmblood (18 years old) and I need to get him here within the next 2-3 weeks if possible. What can you offer? Thanks Bernadette (2/11/2009)
Response: Let me see what I can put together. I have a couple needing to go west any time this month, let me see if I can find something more coming back east. I will be in contact asap. (2/11/2009)
Response: Much appreciated... I look forward to getting your bid. Bernadette PS: this horse needs to be able to see another horse in the trailer, can and will he have contact to others? (2/11/2009)
Response: Yes, he will be with others. There are stall dividers but I am certain he will be fine. I also unload each night at stables. (2/11/2009)
Response: Under normal circumstances, how long of a trip is it? I look forward to getting your bid. Thanks (2/11/2009)
Response: It normally takes three nights at stables, deliver the fourth day, depending upon weather, route, etc.... (2/12/2009)
Question: we will be returning south from Washington state the 20th of month and could transport your horses at that time. I will place a bid. (2/11/2009)
Question: HEY THERE BERNADETTE. ITS FRED. I JUST WANTED TO SEE IF YOU GOT MY E-MAIL FROM THE OTHER LISTING? I CAN OFFER YOU A BOX STALL FOR THIS BIG GUY,I THINK THAT WOULD PROBABLY BE BEST FOR HIM. LET ME KNOW IF YOU STILL NEED A RIDE. THANK YOU,FRED @ FREDS PONY EXPRESS (2/12/2009)
Question: HEY THERE. BERNADETTE. ITS FRED. I GOT YOUR E-MAIL ON YOUR OTHER LISTING.THE BEST I HAVE TO OFFER IS $1550.00. THAT IS FOR A BOX STALL.THAT IS BELOW MY CURRENT STRAIGHT STALL RATE. IM TRYING TO WORK WITH YOU HERE,I REALLY AM. IF HE IS AS BIG AS YOU SAY HE IS ,HE REALLY SHOULD HAVE A STALL HE IS COMFORTABLE IN.I HAVE A SLANT TRAILER I USE FOR SHORT HAULS,AND AN 18 HAND HORSE,BARELY FITS IN IT. NOT TO MENTION HE IS NOT GOING ACROSS TOWN.THAT IS ALOT OF MILES TO BE STUCK IN A SHOE BOX.IM JUST TRYING TO HELP,HOPEFULLY I DID NOT OFFEND YOU.BUT WE HAVE TO COMPARE APPLES TO APPLES. CHECK FEEDBACK AND PROFILE,AND BE CAREFUL.A BIG GUY LIKE THAT CAN HURT HIMSELF PRETTY QUICK,IF PUT IN THE RIGHT SITUATION.THE WORST THING IN THE WORLD IS TO RECIEVE AN INJURED HORSE.THEN YOUR CHEAP TRANSPORT FEE TURNS INTO A BIG VET BILL! :( LET ME KNOW IF I CAN HELP. THANKS ,FRED (2/13/2009)
Response: I'll take the offer of $1550 for a box stall. How does it work with this website? Do you still have to submit an official bid to me? I now have the exact address for him and he is in Sylmar CA. When can you pick up? I look forward to working with you. I know you'll take good care of my baby. Bernadette (2/13/2009)
Response: HI BERNADETTE. ITS FRED. I WILL PLACE A BID FOR YOU. IT WILL BE UNDER PONY HAULER. YOU HAVE TO ACCEPT THE BID ,AND PAY THE USHIP DEPOSIT.THEN U WILL RECIEVE ALL THE CONTACT INFO. JUST TO DOUBLE CHECK A FEW THINGS, 1) DOES HE HAVE A CURRENT COGGINS ,AND HEALTH CERT.? 2)WE WILL NOT BE PICKING HIM UP UNTIL THE 23RD. I JUST WANT TO MAKE SURE WE HAVE ALL OUR DUCKS IN A ROW BEFORE WE SHOOT. IT IS A POSSIBILITY ,THAT IF THINGS CHANGE,I CAN GRAB HIM EARLIER THAN THAT,BUT I WILL LET YOU KNOW ON THAT.WE CAN WORK OUT THE DETAILS FROM THERE. WHAT HAPPENED TO THE 2ND. HORSE YOU HAD LISTED? LET ME KNOW. FRED (2/13/2009)
Response: Hi Fred, thanks for getting back to me. Farallon had his coggins pulled yesterday and the vet will issue the health cert as soon as you and I have an agreement. I'll have him ready to go on Monday/Tuesday so the earlier you can pick him up the better. As for the second horse, he will still go but not until June/July and if all goes as planned I'll give you that business to. Just so you know a little about Farallon, he is an older Grand Prix dressage horse that was sold to a lady who has neglected him in the past 2 years. He had little to no human contact and was just standing in a stall. My former trainer in CA just bought him back for me and he is coming to GA to become a normal horse again. My former trainer will move to GA this summer and the second horse is her own horse Satchmo. Initially we thought both would ship together but I have to get Farallon here ASAP since he needs the attention as quickly as possible. Thanks for all your help. I'll be looking for the bid. B (2/13/2009)
Response: HEY THERE,ITS FRED. THE BID IS IN. THE TARGET DATE FOR P/U IS THE 23RD. I DO UNDERSTAND YOUR URGENCY,AND IF I CAN I WILL WORK OUT PICKING HIM UP SOONER. WHEN YOU ACCEPT THE BID ,AND GET MY INFO ,CALL ME AND I WILL EXPLAIN. THANK YOU ,FRED (2/13/2009)
