Response: Your dates will work fine for us. Many Uship shippers do not understand the “book it now” feature fully—we are glad you do. We will work at assigning a driver to this shipment and we will not exercise the "book it now" feature until we have officially assigned a driver to the shipment. Upon assignment, a dispatcher will call you by telephone to confirm pickup and delivery address and obtain other relevant information to the transport. With that said please have a reliable phone number on file with Uship so we can reach you immediately. We will be in touch--it will take us a little time to assign your shipment to a truck going this route. Please make sure that you have the pickup and delivery addresses, contact names and phone numbers, etc on file with Uship now. This way, at the time of the "book it now" Uship will release to us this information in a complete format--this is according to the Uship terms and conditions. We will not "book it now" until we have officially assigned a driver. Also, please know you are not obligated to us in any way until we hit the "book it now". Question: Kim,
It is important we correct a an error found in our prior message. The "book it now" amount is $350. We listed terms before as $100 to your credit card at booking and $200 cash COD to the driver at delivery. This was a typo. The COD was correct at $200, but the amount to the card was in error at $100. It was suppose to read $150 to the card at booking. $150 + $200 = $350 "book it now".
