Response: I am working on getting my other trucks loaded back east. I could load my 53' step deck some time this week. I will make a bid per car. In orded to get 6 cars it will need to be loaded with a forklift. (5/19/2008)

Response: You will load them from the side with a fork lift? This must not be the type of multiple hauler where it has all the bracing and they need to be driven/pulled/rolled in. That is what was used before and we used a roll back. There is a fork lift available there and here. You can bid it anyway you want, I assume that I am better off having you haul as many as possible....Thanks (5/20/2008)

Response: Thanks for the bid. I have been contacted by another hauler that has lots of buisiness hauling up to AK, but is occasionally empty back with a 3 car hauler. I can be on a standby basis with him, and I will get the cars eventually. Under those circumstances, he said he would do it for 2500, which is basically 833 a car. I know this very cheap, but my other option is to just leave the cars, they are junkers not show cars. I am not trying to lowball you, I know the price of fuel, I have a truck and3 car trailer also, and perhaps I could help yo in the lower 48. I fly for a living, so I could go to ANC and load all the cars so all you would have to do is haul them down. They are at Otto Binder's outside of Palmer, a friend of mine. I have no time frame, and if this doesn't materialize, I would possibly be interested in one car, for a "normal" situation I realize that your bid is very competative. (5/21/2008)
