Response: Well, the seller says that anything over $100 is too high, and he travels all over the southeast with horses so I'm taking him at his word. But I'm willing to do $150 just to get her here without headache. (10/30/2009)

Response: Wow. You should ask the seller if he can transport the horse. That is a 5 hour drive. I would like to help, but I can not do it at that price. I would need at least what the other shippers were asking, right around $225. What the seller is saying comes out to about $.35 a mile. Most shippers are getting between $.65 and $.75 a mile.
