Questions for this shipment: 

Question: I hope to be going to Albemarle, and if it is possible that you could come to Salisbury to pick up the bass, it might work. Packing would entail wrapping it in quilts and using a standard UHaul or other shipping box of sufficient size. As it does not weigh much and would be the only item, I dont see that crating is necessary. Let me know what you think. (11/10/2007)
Response: Quilt wrap would be fine, and it might fit in a UH wardrobe box (or box and a half). I would be glad to come to Salisbury to pick up!!! My son in Dallas was supposed to pick it up for me, but has been unable to get over to Austin, plus we were supposed to be pulling our RV out to visit, but now we're flying. Response: OK, I am going to Charlotte only, as it turns out. If you can meet me to pick the bass up sometime Fri morning (I will call while I am still 2 hours outside of Charlotte) I would be happy to do it for the book it now price. I will go ahead and put in a bid, but I need to know by Tues afternoon to pick up the bass and box it securely. Thanks! (11/12/2007)
Response: That sounds great! You are talking about this Friday, right? My wife may have to be the picker upper (she will be in a Rendezvouz SUV, but we carry basses in bags all the time in it). Let me contact the shop where the bass is now to verify pickup! Thanks Kent (11/12/2007)
