Question: I need to know if and how many stairs are at the pick up and drop off points. (12/31/2007)
Response: Ground floor on both sides - maybe 2 or 3 outdoor steps into the Miami location, and 1 outdoor step into the Richmond location. (1/1/2008)

Response: I have the exact dimensions now - couldn't figure out how to update this... it is not a kohler but a schirmer. 58 (L) x 22 (W) x 42 (H), only 400 lbs. Does this change the bid at all? I had asked earlier when today I needed to respond by but apparently it has passed. (1/2/2008)

Question: watch out for this guy he will say whatever it takes for him to get the job, really does he even know how to move a piano. The name of my company is PROFESSIONAL PIANO MOVERS the name speaks for itself. Just because I have no feedback on this website does not mean a thing. I've delivered concert grand pianos to the White House, and to many of the Embassy's in DC. your piano will be in good hands believe me. The only way someone built feedback is by starting at the bottom. That does not mean that I have no clue what I'm doing trust me this is a good price.
