Question: Are paintings packaged in any way? I have room in extended cab of pickup, coming near Jamestown area on Wednesday, will be in Englishtown by Thursday. Let me know if cab is acceptable transport method. (7/6/2009)
Response: Hello, Thank you for your e-mail :) The paintings are coming from a private residence and as far as I know they are not packaged.... many of them I believe are rolled up and one large one is framed. I don`t know how much space you have but just to give you an idea of how much is required- I was told I would need a mini-van if I choose to pick them up myself. Response: Hello, thanks for your reply. I have just heard from the party who originally transported the paintings to Johnstown and this is what he said: "I built a 4'x4'x16" crate with some other pieces outside of this (52"), a mini van or pickup would work otherwise." Response: Hello and thank you for your offer. That would actually work fine for me, however it is the person on the other end, from whom you would be picking up, who is not quite as flexible.
