NEEDS TO BE PICKED UP ASAP AND DELIVERED ASAP. I would like them to be picked up and delivered this week. I had a pickup scheduled for this past Thursday, but it got delayed and delayed for various reasons (weather, their truck broke down, etc) and the owner of the equipment to be shipped could not wait any longer. The shipping provider had to cancel. I needed these machines within 1-2 days...but now that most likely won't be possible. So please deliver them ASAP.

  • URGENT - Embroidery Machines, Stands from NY to AL
  • Description: I need you to package (some items) and ship two embroidery machines (fragile), a stand, a computer, supplies from Saratoga Springs, NY to Birmingham, AL. One embroidery machine is 30"w x 24"d x 28"h , the other is 30"x29"x27". The stand is 30x32x26. I have a hooping station that is 27x31x36. The dimensions of the second stand are 29x40x47. The assorted supplies, accessories and computer could fill an additional few large boxes. The estimated weight is 500 lbs for all (guess). Just a guess.

Packaging:
We will pack the supplies. We will need you to package the two machines. The stands can just have a moving blanket around them. The computer can be boxed with peanuts (provided by shipper). The hooping station can have blankets around it as well.
Special Handling Instructions:
BRING PACKAGING MATERIAL FOR THE MACHINES AND ANYTHING ELSE YOU WANT TO PACKAGE YOURSELF. PLEASE INCLUDE THIS IN THE PRICE. MACHINES ARE FRAGILE! See attached four pictures for a better idea of what you are to pick up. SEE ADDITIONAL INFO BELOW
Additional Information: The machines can be removed from the stands.

You will be shipping from a business to a residence. At the business, you will need to take these items done some stairs. At delivery in Birmingham, no stairs. I MAY be able to get the owner of the equipment (at the place of pickup) to take the items downstairs and you can pick up from there. I will let you know.

Please CONFIRM you can fit the following in your truck/trailer/van:
- Toyota 850 embroidery machine which is ABOUT 30"w x 24"d x 28"h
- Toyota 820 embroidery machine which is ABOUT is 30"x29"x27"
- Toyota 850 stand which is 30x32x26
- Toyota 820 stand which is 29x40x47
- Hooping station which is 27x31x36
- A computer
- A computer monitor
- Computer accessories
- A few boxes of embroidery accessories and supplies (Such as thread, backings & all supplies, hoops, and anything else they may have boxed up such as manuals, etc.)

These machines are FRAGILE - please take care.

Will require $4000 of FULL Insurance. They work now, and they need to work upon delivery. Must package them well or crate. Again, they need to work upon delivery. Report a Violation

Response: ok sure - no problem. The machines can't be stacked of course because they are fragile on the inside...but other items can be stacked no problem. Even the computer should be fine stacked. (4/14/2007)
