Response: Is there any possibility to delivr these somewhere else in the area, such as a friend's garage? There is no way that I can wait until June. My bid is inclusive of all expenses. "When the bid is accepted, uShip will collect a deposit from the shipper in the amount of your uShip fee and credit that amount to your account, which will offset your match fee." Along with all other costs, I must include the uShip fee in the bid. Just so you know what to expect, with a $343 bid, $43 is directly paid to uShip and $300 is paid to the bidder. (5/18/2008)

Response: The reason I was asking about the price is because this is an old desk so in honesty it might not benefit me that much to move in the first place. I could just buy me a new one off on overstock and just donate this one to freecycle or something. I am still weighing my options and trying to justify the move as the moving fee can buy me two new desks. I will let you know by end of tomorrow what I decide on. (5/19/2008)

Response: With the cost of fuel, it might be better to donate the old one and buy a new one. It just depends on how nice the old desk is. I am moving a uShip bed frame from Redmond, WA to Portage, MI this week. I am sure the bed frame is either very nice or has some special meaning.
