Response: Weird question are the heifers at all tame just wondering if they would be quite enough to put 2 horses in the rear of the trailer with them. What are you wanting to spend Thanks Jill (11/10/2009)
Response: The heifers are both pretty quiet, they are not halter broken however. They have not been around horses, but not sure that would matter too much. If we can't get them hauled for less than $800 total we are just going to haul them down ourselves. Thanks. (11/10/2009)

Response: would you need a place to stop for water along the way, or how do you handle that on a haul of this length? (11/11/2009)
Response: With the horses I always have water in front of them for the cows I will need to secure a tub of water for them and keep filling it. I always have food and water in front of the animals. Just let me know Jill (11/11/2009)
