Question: Thanks for the request for QUOTE: I will not be able to Quote on this until after the Holiday. I can say that most of our drivers do NOT want to ship cars/trucks with personal items in the cab. We would never be responsible for loss or damage to such items. This would include your tools and your snow machine. I may be able to find someone that will take all that in one shot for you, but an extra $100.00 over your MAX would not get it done....that I know. Have a Great 4th weekend. Question: Thanks for the bid request. I could do this in a week and a half to 2 weeks, I have no problem with the truck being loaded, but I would be quite a bit above your max. You have to realize that we are running the Alaska Highway, coste are way higher, and there are almost no backhauls. Thanks, Tim (7/2/2009)
Response: i have driven the alaska hwy and am awere of the cost of gas i dove it last summer when gas was sky rocketed $3.00 a gallon more then it is now. and it cast me less then $1000.00 on gas again that was last summer when gas was twice as much as it is now.. i have bids for 2506.00 that is for an enclosed transport truck with stuff in it snowmobile , tool etc. and the truck being towed behind their truck... what is your price? pleaae get back to asap.. cindy (7/15/2009)
Question: How can the snow machine be loaded? Do you know how big a box truck it will take? You know the size of the tools better than me. Are you still wanting the truck to go with all this too? It can go in an open trailer and the belongings in the box truck. I rent Penske trucks for many items. Was planning on pulling your truck with my pickup truck. But we can rearrange. Response: snow mochine can be either lifted in the truck ot driven in.( enclose truck -trailer?) toosl etc. will be around the size of the bed of a pick up. (7/10/2009)

Response: It would help to have a copy of the title/registration for the truck and snow machine. I can type up a bill of lading for the border. Also, wouldn't hurt to type a letter saying that we have your permission to transport your things. Better to cover all the bases. You never know when one of the border agents is having a bad day.
