Question: is your boat on a road ready trailer & how soon can u ship ? thanks (12/17/2007)

Response: in a day or two. it is road ready trailer. I am looking for someone who has insurance to cover just in case accident happens. (12/17/2007)

Response: i carry insur up to 30k cargo, what is the full value o your boat ? i can deliv your boat B/4 x-mas if i can pick up asap. cost will be around 2000. thanks (12/18/2007)

Response: my full MSRP value is 55000 dollars. thanks (12/19/2007)

Question: Shipper, please read my profile and feedback. If interested, I would offer an all inclusive bid of $2250.00, FULL COVERAGE INSURANCE IS INCLUDED, on your boat and trailer. I would pick up after christmas on the 26th-27th, and deliver within 3-4 days tops. I offer a quality, properly insured, transport service. I will deliver your property safe and sound, as you will see by my feedback. Thanks, and I look forward to hearing back from you. Thanks, Robert @ CASTLE ROCK TRANSPORT. (12/17/2007)

Response: I appreciate your question. Would you please give me a few days to decide? it is a brand new boat never been to water and Im just worried about being damaged even a little bit of scratch. This is my first time using such service through Uship and I am kind of worried about how this go, and I have some others contacted me, so please give me a little time. thank you very much (12/17/2007)

Response: Hey, no problem, I appreciate you getting back to me so quickly. Just so you know, I have never had any accidents or problems in doing this for fifteen years. I am a very safe driver, who pays attention all the time to everything around me. I do not dink around while I am working, and this is what I do for a living, it is NOT a hobby like it is for quite a few of these guys. As you will see in my feedback, I am a man of my word, and I DELIVER SAFELY AS PROMISED ! Thanks and I will await your answer, let me know if you would like me to place my bid for you to accept. Robert. (12/18/2007)

Response: I appreciate your email and information. Would you please give me a couple of days more to decide who to work with? thank you. what will be your final bet price? (12/19/2007)

Response: You are welcome, I still would be at $2250.00. Oh yeah, this guy that is telling you that trailers arnt made to go across country, is just blowing smoke in order to get your money. I have hauled them for 15 years this way, even old trailers, and as long as they are greased before transporting, and regreased at mid trip, they are just fine. Yours being new will be fine, whoever hauls it for you should know enough to grease it too. There are a few guys on here, who keep trying to tell shippers that same story about how its better to haul on their trailer. I haul boats on their own trailers of all sizes, from the eastern seaboard to the western seaboard all the time with no problems. The manufacturers make these trailers for you to travel anywhere in the country to fish or whatever you do with your boat, knowing you are going to put miles on them. None of this is advice to you, just straight up facts that are real and truthful, & whether you use my services or not, thanks, CASTLE ROCK. (12/20/2007)

Question: When do you need this boat TOWED??? I'm insured with Lloyds of London for 50k and have a 100% feedback... Thanks walbert52 I can tow anytime after Christmas..... (12/19/2007)

Response: sooner is better. but I am also not in super hurry. I would like to take a couple of days more to decide who is most suitable for my situation.thank you. (12/19/2007)

Response: No problem I'll be at hame in Chicago area for Christmas. I can tow it before New Years or after when you think it's best. Thanks Happy Holidays walbert52 (12/20/2007)

Question: hello. let me put your mind at ease. i can transport your boat and trailer on my trailer, NOT PULL. i haul alot of boats, and transport 90% of them on my trailer. no damage to your boat or trailer. i have seen many of them being pulled setting on the side of the road with burned up axle bears because those trailer are not designed to be pulled cross country, even though i've done it per customer request. can transport on my trailer for $2400, fully insured. thanks, robert. my feedback, speaks for itself, and i am a preferred provider on uship. look at my pictures. thanks, robert. (12/19/2007)

Response: Thank you very much for your email. it is good to know that you have your trailer. Do you have an equipment to load and unload the boat, too? I would like to spend a couple of days more to see what are my options are, then decide who I would like to work. is this cost the final offer from you? thank you (12/19/2007)

Response: hello again, yes i have ramps and winch. can load and unload no problem. it costs alot to operate out here, and fuel is extremely high, and insurance is outragous. some people may be able to do it cheaper, because they are pullin it and don't have the added weight of a 7000lb trailer to pull in addition to your boat and trailer. would love to earn your business, and can drop my price $100, but no lower. your boat will be fully insured at no extra cost to you, and safely hauled on a trailer, out of harms way of possibly being sideswiped by some car not paying attention. thanks, robert. (12/19/2007)

Question: I read something Robert wrote about trailers not made to be towed across country. That couldnt be further from the truth! Obviously doesnt know what he's talking about. (1/2/2008)

Response: I have no idea who Robert is and why even bother talking about? anyway, I am ready to ship this boat and this boat is a brand new Triton bass boat. I need to be very careful about this shipping for scratching and damaging, etc. This boat value is 55000 dollars. I need to have an insurance for full value and would like to confirm the proof of insurance. this needs to be shipped from Moody, Alabama 35004 to [address removed] Rancho Santa Maragarita, CA 92688. Are you ready to pick up on 1/4/08 sometime in the morning to noon? please tell me how you want me to pay for this transaction. I will be out of my office to check email today. I will come back to check email tonight on 1/3/08. I hope to have good business with you. (1/3/2008)

Question: hello again, i cancelled my bid because my is full. i will be back in bama next week and can pick up, and i will trh and help you out and drop mh price to 2200 loaded on my flatbed. i do have ramps and winch. so loading is no problem. i will rebid at the 2200, and hope we can get this together. safer for your boat to be hauled than pulled. i don't have to pick it up next week, i can schedule it at any time. but next week would be a good time. thanks again, robert. (1/2/2008)

Response: can you pick it up on 7 or 8th?
it needs to be transported from Moody, Alabama to Advid Digital & OC Auto Wraps, [address removed], CA 92688. Do I need to pay you first? or can receiver pay you? I have never used uship before and I am not sure how this work yet. uship ask me to pay you first for a small amount of deposit. (1/3/2008)

Response: hello, i answered the other question. it will be next saturday approxiamately for pick up or maybe that monday. depending on how everything goes. once i pick up the boat i would need half down and the other half when i drop. i don't like operating on my own money. i;m a small business, and it hurts when i get messed over by people. i had a multimillionaire write me a 900 hot check, but i am an easy guy to get along with, great communication, and friendly. i hope me picking up next weekend will still work. thanks, robert. (1/4/2008)

Response: Hi Robert,
Im just worried about the time that you pick up. because I may have to leave on Wednesday.
Thanks
(1/4/2008)

Response: do you live in california or alabama? is this a boat that you bought or is this your boat and you are moving to california? realisticallly the best opportunity for me to pick up will be next saturday or that monday. you don't have to be there for me to load. i can et it laoded. i'm sure we can work something out. robert. (1/5/2008)

Response: I live in Alabama. this was my brand new boat and sold to my friend in California. I appreciate your honesty for the time that you can be here. give me a time till Monday? I will decide on Monday. (1/5/2008)

Response: no problem, i'm sure we can work something out. i can keep you updated at all times of when i can be there. i'm sure you would be glad to know that your boat will be on a flatbed and not pulled. thanks, robert. (1/5/2008)

Question: Does this boat have a motor??? If so the weight would be more than 3,000 lbs for a 20 foot bassboat, correct (1/3/2008)

Response: yes it has a motor. boat weighs approximately 1685 pounds, motor weighs 539 pounds. plus trailer and total would be around 3000 pounds? (1/3/2008)

Response: Thank You Very Much (1/3/2008)

Question: Hello, I AM ROBERT! I will be in california on friday and heading back to georgia, and then back to california. i can pick up your boat and haul on my flatbed for the 2200. full value insurance up to 100,000 verifiable. i made the statement that it is better to haul than to pull. that is a given. no wear and tear on your brand new boat or trailer. the only thing that will harm your boat are bugs, and that will happen being pulled. yes, boats are pulled all the time, and i have even pulled them, but it is better to haul and not put any pressure on your boat axle bearings if you can get a reasonable price comparible to pulling. yes you are gonna pay more for hauling, but your boat will never touch the ground except for unloading. can pick up sometime end of next week or on saturday. thanks, robert.
(1/3/2008)

Response: do you mean the day of 5th or 6 th of January?
I am interested in your flatbed boat carriing.
this boat needs to be transported from Moody, Alabama to Advid Digital & OC Auto Wraps, [address removed], Rancho Santa Maragarita, CA 92688. I will just ask you for the reasonable time to get there. your safty and boat condition is my priority. I dont have a equipment to put this boat on your flatbed trailer. do you have?
please tell me how you want me to pay and how long will it take to get there, so that I can tell people clear information. thanks. (1/3/2008)

Response: hello, this is robert. sorry for the delay in me answering your questions. i am in el paso, tx right now heading to san diego. i will be here all weekend and then heading back to georgia, and then heading back to california again. it will probably be next weekend before i can be there to pick up, but yes i can load the boat no problem by myself. i have ramps and winch. it is better to have your boat hauled than pulled. look forward to doing business with you. i'm a preferred provider with 100% feedback and impecible referrences. i have hauled alot of boats, and that is my preferred way to transport them. tentively i can pick up on next saturday or that monday. possibly. if you accept my bid then i will definately pick it up. thanks, robert. (1/4/2008)

Question: I can TOW it on 1-9-08 or 1-10 if that is a OK time for you??? Thanks Wade walbert52 (1/3/2008)

Response: I am looking for a little earlier like 5,6th? how long will it take for you to get there? I dont want to make you super rush. as long as in a reasonable time, it will be wonderful. priority is to get there safly for you and boat. (1/3/2008)

Response: I have to deliver a camper to Chicago on 1-7-08 I can drive there from that delivery maybe by the 8th but, I can't be sure. Thanks Wade walbert52 (1/3/2008)

Response: I see what you mean and I appreciate your honesty. so realistically 9th or later I guess. well, if no one is available by that time, I will let you know that I am available. thank you. (1/3/2008)

Response: Sorry I hate to loose the bid, but I have a delivery to make and a deadline to meet. If you can wait, I'm sure you would he happy with my service. Thank You Wade walbert52 (1/3/2008)

Response: I appreciate your honesty and I will let you know in a day or two. thank you. (1/3/2008)

Response: Thank You I hope we can work together (1/3/2008)

Response: let's see what happen tomorrow. thank you. (1/3/2008)

Response: OK (1/3/2008)

Question: Also I forgot to mention your boat will not be towed on its trailer. It will be put onto a four car carrier. Lisa@redline USER NAME"JIMJIM" (1/5/2008)

Response: thank you for your interest. could you come and pick it up on either 7,8,or 9th? what is four car carrier? is that a flatbed type of trailer? also, how would you like to receive payment? (1/5/2008)

Response: A four car carrier is a open wedge trailer that hauls four cars at once. Its 53 ft long with kick outs. That is why im able to transport cheaper than your other bids. I will see what dates I can work out for you. I dont like to promise any dates until im 100% sure. Remeber *** FULL VALUE INSURANCE*** at no exra cost to you. Lisa@redline"jimjim" (1/5/2008)

Response: please let me know how soon you can come and pick it up and get to california address? I have some one come on Tuesday morning. thank you. (1/6/2008)

Question: hello, this is robert again. i will be in alabama on friday. can pick up then on haul to cali on my flatbed. my bid is still active. if you will not be there then you can leave the boat at a friends house and i will pick up there. thanks, robert. (1/6/2008)

Response: that sounds good. (1/7/2008)

Response: does that mean you are going to accept my bid? (1/7/2008)

Response: can you write me a complete plan from Friday pick up? could you come in the morning of Friday? (1/8/2008)

Response: honestly it looks like now i won't be there until saturday or sunday. i am having some problems with a neighbor at home, andhave to stop off at my house and take care of this situation, whichwill take me a day or two longer. worse case scenario will be monday, but i will definately be able to pick up then. are you on a serious time schedule for pick up on friday or would monday be ok, if that were the situation? robert. (1/8/2008)

Response: I will have to leave on Friday. I would like to be here to see everything will be going well. because I do not want to have misunderstanding things such as to show you the brand new condition of boat. (1/9/2008)

Response: there is no misunderstanding. i have a digital video camcorder and take pictures and video of the boat before i load. that protects me. things such as bug are a given no matter which way it is hauled. when will you be back? are you going out of town for just a couple of days? can i pick up on monday or tuesday? thanks, robert. (1/9/2008)
