Question: Would you be ready to go on the 9th of November? I am going to Wis. and I could give you a filler rate. Thank you, Tom (10/30/2009)

Response: I hope to by then. Can you tell me what you would charge for the transport? One 4 year old gelding, approx 950 lbs.
Thank you kindly,
Jan (10/31/2009)

Response: Jan, hello I would be able to to it for $350.00. If interested please let me know and I will submit an offical bid. Thank you, Tom (10/31/2009)

Response: Tom,
Is that your best price? I have gotten another quote for $288.00?
Thanks~
Jan (11/1/2009)

Response: Jan, yes that is the best price I can do. Because of the rise in diesel and my standard insurance payments, It would be cheaper for me to not have the horse on board than to lower the price. Sorry Im just being honest. If you have someone can do it for $288.00 then I would take it. Thank you and good luck, Tom (11/2/2009)

Response: Tom,
The quote for $288.00 fell through...and I was not sure about the ride to begin with. Do you still have an opening on the 9th? You have great references which means a lot.
Thank you,
Jan (11/3/2009)

Response: Jan would you be able to leave on the 6th or 7th? The reason I ask is the other shipper may need to be there by Monday the 9th. We are checking to find out. Thank you, Tom (11/3/2009)

Response: Tom,
I have to see if his health records will be available by then. So are you saying you would possibly be there to pick him up in KY on the 6th or 7th.
Jan (11/3/2009)

Question: Hello, We would be able to pick-up your horse on November 14th. Our Services include:Private Pine Shaving Lined Box Stall, Free Choice Hay, and On Board Water System. After Pick-up, We have a scheduled Night Lay Over @ a Horse Hotel, in Henryville, Indiana, about 180 miles north. The next morning we would load-up and finish the transport, arriving in West Bend, WI, on November 15th..........Will these dates and services meet your needs? Ray @ JDC Farms (10/31/2009)

Response: Ray,
I have one other potential ride for my horse straight through without an over night stop. If it does not work out I would definately contact you. How much would you be charging for the transport?
Thank you kindly,
Jan (10/31/2009)

Response: Good Morning Jan, I wish we could offer a direct transport, but we are transporting our own horses, and they are a little pampered. When we reach Henryville, Indiana, our horses will have been on the trailer for about 10 hours, and still about 2,500 miles from home. To keep them easy loaders and content, we have to stop. Anyway, if the other transport does not work, we can offer all the above noted services, door to door transport, for $350.00.....Ray @ JDC Farms (10/31/2009)

Response: Ray,
If the ride on the 9th does not work out I will contact you if you still have an opening? You sound like a good person to deal with as far as the care of my horse even if he has to get stalled overnight. I will be in touch~
Thank you again~

Response: Jan, we are leaving our home ranch on Saturday, November 8th. That box stall is open and will remain open, unless you call. Our schedule is in place and we will have nightly access to the internet. Unfortunately this site, has rules against me giving you my phone number or web site.......... Fortunately, when you post a message, this site send me a text message........Good Luck, Ray @ JDC Farms.... (11/3/2009)

Response: Ray,
Just to confirm are you are still looking at the 15th?
Jan (11/3/2009)

Response: Jan, we will be in Whitley City, Kentucky on November 12th, 2009 and in West Bend, Wisconsin on November 13th, 2009........Ray @ JDC Farms (11/3/2009)
