Additional Information: Attached picture, considing a purchase trying to figoure out what it would take to get to us in Fayetteville, AR 72701. We may also have a pickup in Austin Texas of (3) telecommunication cabinets. I think from what I can tell fit in the back of the truck, but trying to get crated dimensions.

Please be aware number listed are just to get discussion moving, don't have a good feel for all, picture included for reference.

Questions for this shipment:

Question: what is the height of the portable light and the size of cabinets in austin tx (12/10/2006)

Response: We have a call into the seller of the light, but we believe it is 10feet at the top. The light we think is in the locked position as you see the picture. The communication cabinets are 24"x36"x80". Assuming some additional space around there for packing, crating, but of course they are closed today. (12/10/2006)

Question: Can these cabinets be transported on their sides or back and not standing up? I have 96" X 102" for the communications boxes and a hitch on a 1 ton flatbed for the generator.hipshot (12/10/2006)

Response: I am pretty sure the cabinets are just going to be packed in a thin wood crate wrap or thick cardboard and based on the ones we have seen in the past a little care needs to be taken to move them into a horizontal position, but they are not anything that has got to be "this end up in transport". We expect to talk to the cabinet manufacture first thing in the morning to confirm size. If we can get everything worked out we intend to make arrangement to go check out the light/generator in Laredo to make sure we want it. If so we will be good to do. We could ship cabinets directly if we don't do the light, but if we do the light, it is on the way and if equipment permits handle two birds with one stone so to speak. (12/11/2006)

Question: If you need to determine if the light is operational I can do it for you. I am about 100 miles from this shipment origin and 20 miles from the communications cabinet origin. I have a flatbed 1 ton truck capable of pulling all of this.hipshot (12/11/2006)

Response: Hello, and please forgive my lack of attention. Many responses went directly to spam filters on email. I am currently planning on traveling to Laredo, TX on 12/30 for inspection of light, departing Sunday morning. If we like the light and reach an agreement on purchase will be ready to ship directly to pull trailer directly to Fayetteville, AR. We should have a current bill of sale ready for trailer, but not sure on the transfer plates on the trailer as we intend to reigster in Arkansas. Are you still interested in pull and what is your available time frame? (12/29/2006)
