Question: Hello Shipper; Can you please clarify what the trailer contains (if anything), if you are importing the trailer or it's contents and, if so, are you using a broker? Also, are you wanting delivery to Cranbrook or just to Kingsgate, BC? Thanks! (11/7/2009)
Response: The trailer does not contain anything. I may buy some sheats of 0.030 aluminum. I will cross the border myself with the trailer. Kingsgate is the crossing i want to use. I would like it sent to Red Deer however it is probably easier for me to do it at border. (11/8/2009)
Response: Hi; I could bring it to Red Deer and you do not need to be at the border; I have handled the customs clearances on many shipments for my clients. I handle the customs clearance for no extra charge; the client just repays me for the GST. I supply the transporter plate and insurance as well. Response: Totally understand, Just curious where do you prefer pick up Sweet Grass for 750 or Eastport for 450? I maybe able to provide a Wed pickup and Thursday drop off if this is to Easport, ID. Sweetgrass maybe a little harder to do as I am comitted to another shipment. I have some flexibility but I always like to give myself some extra time with the bad weather now.
