Response: Hello, I've reviewed your feedback and would certainly be interested in hiring you to pick up both the video game in Howell, NJ and the safe in Stafford, VA and bring both items to my home in Appleton, WI. As for help with the safe, the owner has said that she can rally at least four able-bodied men to help with the loading of that safe so long as (a) she gets 48-hours notice to arrange for the help and (b) the shipper shows up within 30 minutes of the promised arrival/loading time. Last shipper showed up six hours after the promised time and didn't communicate well (horribly in fact) with either the owner of the video game or the safe (they'll both corroborate this). Would you be willing to bring the safe and the video game to me for $800 total??? Again, I've reviewed your feedback and know that you're exactly the type of people/company that I'm looking for. Response: Hello, I would be interested in moving both of your shipments. As to your first question. I will have no problem giving a 48 hr notice, but it will be near impossible to give you a 30 minute window two days out. What I can do is give you the 48hr notice then another at 24hrs and give you a hard time at 12hrs out. That is the most honest answer I can give you. Let me know if this works for you. Response: There are no stairs involved. The safe is on a concrete slab immediately behind a person's home in a residential area of South Stafford Count, VA. I am simply going to forward your questions to the person who has the safe to get answers so there's absolutely no confusion. I'll even ask her to take digital photos of the street leading to her house and the path needed to travel to get to the safe. I believe that we can arrange for the safe to be right in the driveway upon your arrival with another four able bodied men to help maneuver the safe, but again, the challenge there is that they we need an accurate estimate of your arrival as all of these four men are their friends and would be taking off of work to help. Your response to this "accurate time of arrival" issue was completely reasonable. I'll work this as fast as I can. VERY appreciatively, Joe at armytruckparts. Response: Alrighty, I think that answers most of our questions. We can make this work as long as there are no stairs at delivery and easy access from my trailer. The safe will be moved on moving carts, but they work best on smooth surfaces. We can do this job for $900.
