Response: Hey Ken Sorry I don't get into bidding wars with these guys. I realize this is a site for getting stuff shipped Cheap but I have a minimum and when I give a price I look at what needs to be done and I know that I will do a good job for my customers. Also the person that left that bid might have been right in the area and wanted to pick up a extra job to help pay that stagering fuel prices of 320-360 a gallon. I don't understand some of these carriers they'll bid 1200 for a full 2 bedroom townhouse w/150 items and turn around and bid 3000 for a 3 bedroom house w/ 40 items so I just bid what I feel is fair. Not to mention that if I bid 500 i only get 440.60 and they get there fees. I hope I haven't wasted your time and thanks for considering.-Mike (11/4/2007)

Response: Mike, I am new to this site and have no clue what others are doing. There are two distinct different cultures when purchasing: Price and Quality. I usually go for quality, but in this case, the stuff is not mine, (son's ex girlfriend's) and I don't care how long it takes, so price is my guide for this transaction. Thanks for your comments.
