Packaging:
Right now, they are just in cases with the exception of the keyboard. The guitar cases are soft but padded, so extra packaging may be necessary. The amps can be boxed and should be fine. As long as everything is securely fastened, it should be good.
Special Handling Instructions:
These items are fragile but aren't too heavy, the heaviest thing is the larger guitar amp which weighs around 25 pounds, nothing too bad.
