Question: Hi Shipper, Please keep in mind that to transport your boat legally, both a US-DOT Number as well as Motor Carrier Authority, with a MC Number is required. Because we only use professional hydraulic trailers, unloading at your residence provided you have the room and the stands and blocking to unload onto would not be a problem. We hope you will check out our profile on this site as we have facilities in both New England and South Carolina, and have a truck and trailer heading to SC this week and could pick your boat up as early as tomorrow or Wednesday. Our fees to transport and unload would be $ 1995.00 if you can fit into our schedule. Please let us know if you are interested. Thanks, Ron (11/2/2009)

Question: Hi Shipper, Are you still looking tohave yoour boat transported? Thanks (11/4/2009)

Response: The last survey will take place today.(11/04/09 )
This afternoon all paperwork will be finished an the boat will be ready for transport.
It would be nice to have a transporter that we could launch from the trailer into the freshwater lake. The boat only draws 3.2'.

Response: Hi Don, I wish we could do that for you, but we only use commercial grade hydraulic air ride trailers and do not dunk them. If the mast was secured to the deck for transport prior to our arrival, we could pick your boat up late Sunday afternoon or first thing Monday morning, depending on when the marina could load it, with a deliviery on Tuesday if that would help. Thanks, Ron (11/4/2009)

Response: Hi Ron,
I can get a crane to me you at the marina, what would be your charge to haul the boat.
Thanks
Don (11/4/2009)

Response: Hi Don, It is $1995.00 for us to Haul it on a triple axle, air ride trailer, pulled by a Peterbilt tractor, (we never use pick-up trucks or flimsy recreational grade trailers) provided the mast is secured to the deck in gallows or other suitable support for tranport prior to our arrival to pick the boat up. As we noted, we can schedule the pick up for Monday, for delivery on Tuesday or Wednesday. If you are interested, we will submit a formal bid, once it is accepted, contact information is exchanged and we can chat about what ever needs to be taken care of. However, Is there no one on the lake that has a travel lift where they could dunk the boat for you and save you the cost of a crane? Thanks, Ron at Freedom's Edge Marine (11/4/2009)

Question: Hi Don, Do you want us to submit a formal bid for pick up this Monday? Thanks, Ron (11/6/2009)

Response: Hi Ron,
No thanks. (11/6/2009)

Response: Not a problem, Good luck ! (11/6/2009)

Question: Don. We can unload WET, if it can be transported this week. Thanks....Phil(haul4all). (11/9/2009)

Response: Hi Phil,
The old owner said he would stow the sails anchor, etc Wednesday (11/11/09) that afternoon the yard should be able to remove the mast at the same time. Would that work? If the yard can get their stuf completed.
Thanks
Don (11/9/2009)

Response: Yes. We could load Wednesday or Thursday and off load Friday. I need a day and a half to get there and load, so as soon as you decide, the better. Thanks for all..........Phil (11/9/2009)

Response: Hi Phil,
I called the boat yard and left a message with the broker which is working with owner to remove the sails Wed. I will let you know this afternoon. I hope we can make this deal.
Thanks
