Response: Thanks for keeping me informed. I am waiting for a more accurate shipping date from the supplier, when I have it, I will add it to the listing. (6/6/2007)

Response: I would love to get it sooner but it still looks like it will be around the middle of July before it's ready to be picked up. I'm going to post an update as soon as I know. Thanks again. (6/20/2007)

Response: Hi sounds great please let us know and we will place the same bid just as previously.mid july works for us also. (6/27/2007)

Response: The latest from the spa supplier is that the shells are arriving July 15th at the shop and then they need to plumb it, encase it, etc... It looks like it will be later in July, unfortunately. I hate not knowing as I have no way of making shipping arrangements... (6/27/2007)

Response: ok no problem we will post bid later if you,d like or we can post now just let us know we would need 48 hour notice so we can clear schedual for you which wont be a problem due to factory trailer shipping is somewhat flexible. Thanks newby_hauling.If you want to accept our bid we will just wait till you call for shippment whichever works for you. Question: Good Morning ~ Thank you for requesting a bid from us; we are very honored you did so. I see your pick up date is around the 15th of August. I will renew my bid. Your Swimspa will be transported on our Flatbed when it is ready. Just advise us when your Seller is ready to release it and well do our best to get your Swimspa under way to you within 48 hours; delivery within 72 hours of pick up. My quote would be delivery to Blaine although I wouldn't mind crossing the border; just don't know what would be involved. If you would like to assist and tell me what would be required of the Canadian Officials and what documents will be required I'd give it a shot for you. Looking forward to communicating with you. Thanks again for remembering us. (7/22/2007)

Response: Thanks for your reply & bid. I do have a couple quick questions for you.
The swimspa will be properly wrapped / packaged for shipping but I would like it tarped. Is this possible?
You said that the quote was for delivery into Blaine, could you please tell me how much would it be to deliver it to this side of the border? I would have the documents prepared for you ahead of time by a customs broker so all you would have to do is present the paperwork to the border official and you'd be on your way. You would need your own passport though. This could open a whole new door for you with shipping!
Looking forward to your reply... (7/23/2007)

Response: Good Afternoon ~ Yes I can tarp for you, no problem. $150.00 more into Canada, is that fair? Your documentation is great, I do not have a Passport, have applied for one but the US Office of Home Land Security (go ahead and laugh) has not gotten it prepared. Would birth certificate and license do? Thanks ~ Dee (7/23/2007)

Response: Here is the info, birth cert & photo ID is fine:
When you enter Canada, a border services officer may ask to see your passport and a valid visa, when necessary. If you are a citizen of the United States, you do not need a passport to enter Canada; however, you should carry proof of your citizenship such as a birth certificate, certificate of citizenship or naturalization or a Certificate of Indian Status, as well as a photo ID. If you are a permanent resident of the United States, you must bring your permanent resident card (i.e. green card) with you. For more information on admissibility into Canada, read the fact sheet called Managing Access to Canada. It is available on our Web site at www.cbsa.gc.ca. (7/23/2007)

Response: Hello ~ Will thank you for all the info. Will check out your web site reference. I am a citizen of the U.S.; born here over 60 years ago! Have Birth Certificate, Picture on my CA Drivers License, Credit Cards. Thanks again for being so kind. ~ Dee (7/23/2007)

Response: Sounds good Dee. The spa guy just called me today and told me the wrong shell was shipped and now I'm looking at the end of August! I am not impressed at all. Would that time frame still work for you, do you make regular runs down that way? Also, do you carry insurance while the spa is in transit with you?
Cheers,
Steve (7/27/2007)

Response: Good Morning Steve ~ Oh, how stressful for you. Honestly you have been waiting so patiently. I run the Western states so when you are ready just call or email me. I will do my best to pick up within 72 hours of your alert and head for the Border. My quote will stand. Willing to work with you in any way I can. Its the weekend again, surely hope you can enjoy. Thanks for the update. ~ Dee (7/27/2007)

Response: Hi Dee,
Well, it looks like the spa will be ready to be picked up next Tuesday, August 28th, finally! It will be a different color since the shell company mixed up the last order but what can you do... At least it's still blue! If you would like to resubmit the quote including the extra $150.00 into Canada, I will accept your offer and we can move forward.
I know they said August 28th but I will double confirm with them as the date nears or I can contact you when they tell me it's ready to go. Let me know what you would like me to do and I'll do it!
Thanks again,
Steve (8/20/2007)

Response: Finally!!! How wonderful for you....can't believe the amount of patience you have displayed. Have marked out a few days around the 28th for you. Keep me posted as I want to get your Swimspa to you as quickly as I can, lets not give them another chance to goof up...my best....thanks for remembering me. ~ Dee (8/21/2007)

Response: I answered this but for some reason, it's not showing up. Hmmm... Dee, I forgot to ask but how much extra would $5900.00 US insurance coverage be while the unit is in transport. Thanks! (8/21/2007)

Response: I am not sure my response got through, so will explain again, just to be on the safe side. We are insured. I don't charge additional for insurance coverage. Should you feel you need EXTRA insurance coverage uShip offers insurance, from their site, for a small fee. The insurance uShip offers covers your item while in transit. We have had no damage claims filed against us for any transport. Thanks ~ Dee (8/21/2007)

Response: Dee,
I just went to click on 'Accept Offer' and the bid says expired? Can you fix it? I would like to close this today if possible. I was just informed that Tuesday is a go for pick up from the spa factory. I have all the details for you but need to make contact. Sorry it took me an extra day to get back to you but I was waiting for info from the broker.
Regards,
Steve (8/23/2007)

Response: Got your message, will bid again......and again......and again...
Hurray for you. Heading for the Northwest tomorrow morning to deliver so can pick up your load start of the week to get your swimspa up to you. Thanks ~ Dee (8/23/2007)
