Question: Hello, we will be dropping items in the Bay Area today and plan to travel south through California before heading back home to Kansas. We have a 42 ft enclosed trailer with 2 side-loading access doors and 1 very large door/ramp for loading vehicles and other large items. This enclosed trailer has a generator, air conditioner, alarm system, electric winch, and many other tools and equipment. We can handle just about any job and the trailer will hold approximately 2000 cubic feet. Our power unit is a Ford F-350 turbo diesel dual-wheel flatbed with 5th wheel hitch. Our rig is big enough to haul a lot of stuff, but small enough to get into areas where semis cannot. We are new to Uship and will give you a great deal for the sake of earning your positive feedback. Our goal is to reach 10 feedback ASAP, which will enable us to exercise the "book it now" feature. Please let us know if we can count on this job if the price is right, and we will submit a bid.

Response: Hello again, we would like to accommodate you. We can deliver on our way back to Kansas from California. We even have family just outside of Colorado Springs, CO. Our enclosed trailer locks and has an alarm system. We will keep your refrigerator safe and secure. We will wrap the refrigerator in blankets and then secure it with nylon ratchet-straps around the blankets, and also use the straps to secure it to the wall and floor of the trailer to prevent shifting during transit. Our trailer height is 6 ft 9 in, so it may need to be placed on its side. Would this pose a problem? If not, please let us know a price that is comfortable for you and fair to us, and we will submit a bid at or near that price on the condition that you will accept the bid ASAP and leave us positive feedback promptly when the job is complete. Please let us know--we will be departing California within a few days.

Response: The way it works, is you accept the bid, then you pay us the balance less the fee, which we can figure out when we can actually talk after you accept the bid. If $450 is workable for you I will cancel our previous bid, and re-submit the new amount so that my uship fee is calculated correctly. (8/5/2008)
