Question: Hello Shipper any possible way that this can be shipped a week ealier. (10/30/2009)

Response: Hello and thank you for your inquiry. An earlier shipment may be possible however, I will need to coordinate with my landlord and roommate before I can give you a definite answer. I will be in contact again within the next week as I am able to get in contact with the two of them. Thanks again! (10/30/2009)

Response: Hello Shipper thanks for the request what is the earliest day this can be picked up? Let me know and will give you a great bid. Thanks (11/9/2009)

Response: Hello and thank you for the response! Ideally I'd like to have the items shipped the 28th or 29th of November (to be delivered anytime the first week of December) but I would be open to possible pick up on the 20th or 21st. I cannot afford more than $500 and am hoping to stay within my tight budget. Also, I have several large items (sofabed, queen size bed, and dresser) that I cannot lift or move myself so I will need a company that takes care of the loading and unloading processes completely. A couple questions I have are what are your damage, theft, and/or loss policies? Are you fully licensed and insured and can you provide the supporting documentation? Do you have any restrictions on what you will take (i.e. liquids, chemicals, etc.) Thanks very much and I look forward to hearing from you! -Lindsay (11/9/2009)

Response: Yes we are insured and also what type of liquads are there? Can this be picked up around the 16th? (11/9/2009)

Response: Does your insurance include loss, damage, theft, etc. of contents and up to what value for the customer? What is the name of your insurance company? Please know I don't mean to be difficult, but as I would be entrusting your company with nearly all of my worldly possesions, I want to be sure they are in good hands and are both physically and monetarily protected.
As far as liquids go, I have typical household cleaning supplies I would like to pack as well as 16oz canisters of MAPP gas that I use with a small lampwork (glass) torch.
Are there any later options than the 16th since that is quite a bit earlier than I hoped and would add additional expense for me to stay in a hotel after my furniture is gone. If not, the 16th could be a possibility but I would need to know well in advance the exact date. I travel for work and would need to move some trips around to ensure I would be in town the day you arrive to pick up. When would delivery be? The 21st or 22nd would work best for (11/9/2009)

Question: i can do thanksgiving week pickup around 21st deliver in a few days after for $500 let me know (10/30/2009)

Response: Hello and thank you for your inquiry. An earlier shipment may be possible. However, I will need to coordinate with my landlord and roommate before I can give you a definite answer. I will be in contact again within the next week as I am able to get in contact with the two of them. Thanks again! (10/30/2009)

Response: just let me know. thanks for the reply. (10/30/2009)

Response: Hi Kevin,
Sorry it has taken me a few days to get in contact with my landlord. Shipping on the 21st is going to complicate things a bit since neither my roommate nor my landlord will be around to let you in or be here to show you which items are going. However, this shipment may be a strong possibility if I am able to change my flights to Tampa without too much of a penalty and am able to find someplace to stay for that last week of November when my furniture is gone.
In the meantime, I have a few questions for you. What is your policy regarding possible damage in transit? Are you the one who would load, drive, and unload the truck or would it be one of your associates? Must everything be emptied out of the drawers (if so, I will have a few boxes of contents that will need to go with the furniture)? Do you have any restrictions on contents such as liquids, etc?
Please advise. Thanks!
Lindsay (11/5/2009)

Response: i will be loading and driving. i would like things ina n area where i can get them by myself or with a dolly. i do not carry insurance but things would have blankets on and cardboard in between to protect. (11/5/2009)

Question: Hello Shipper, I can pick up between the 12th and 16th of November with delivery in 2-7 days for $550. This is door to door service including loading/unloading, blanket/saran wrapping, along with full insurance coverage. Let me know if this works for you so I can place my formal bid and reserve the space in our trailer. Thank you, Michael Frear. (11/3/2009)

Response: Hi Michael,
Ideally I wasn't planning on moving anything until the end of the month since I still have to live at the apartment full time and continue working until the 29th of November. Would you be able to do it later in the month or is the 12-16 the only option. Also, I'm not sure if I can afford more than $500 considering how little I make working for the airlines right now and all the other moving expenses I have to take into account. Would you possibly be able to do it for $500? Thanks very much!
Hope to hear from you soon!
Lindsay (11/5/2009)

Response: Hello, Sorry... I cannot lower my price as Fuel prices are going up. I can only pick up during the 12th through the 16th time frame. I will let you know if my time line changes for any reason.
Thank you,
Michael Frear (11/6/2009)

Response: Hi Michael,
Thanks for your response! According to the US Census Bureau, the average cost of diesel fuel is down 29 cents a gallon from this same time last year. Also, from a purely business standpoint, wouldn't it be favorable to accept an extra $500 for that space in your truck rather than getting $0 if that space goes empty? Finally, I might be able to swing the $550 if you could include my roommate's full size bed and small dresser with my shipment and keep the $550 offer. Please advise.
Thanks!

Response: Hi Malcolm,
Thank you for your bid. I would love to use your services and book immediately however, I am not able to afford more than $500 for the move. Please let me know if you would be able to complete the job for that amount and if so, how we proceed. Luckily the price of diesel fuel this year is down 29 cents per gallon compared to this same time last year, and I suppose from a purely business perpective, $500 would be favorable to $0, but that decision is up to you.
Thanks very much, and I hope to hear from you soon!
Lindsay (11/7/2009)

Response: Hi Malcolm,
Your question to which I replied stated, "WE CAN ACCOMMODATE YOUR MOVE ON THE DATES YOU HAVE LISTED." The dates I indicated in the Timeframe Information section of my shipment listing were Pickup: 11/27/2009 to 11/30/2009. Please clarify as to whether you are, indeed, able to accomodate my move on the dates I indicated in my listing.
Thanks,
Lindsay (11/7/2009)

Response: hi im glad you said something about that. The message is a recording meant for those who have fleexible dates.your move can be made by us between 11/13-14 for pick up with delivery a couple days after maybe only a day (11/7/2009)

Response: Hi,
Let me see if those dates will work. Ideally I didn't want to move it until the 28th since I'll be living in the apartment full time until then, and I won't be in Florida to receive the items until the 21st. If my shipment goes early, I will need it delivered to the zip code 34684 rather than 33618 (it's only one county over). Since I travel often for work, I will need to know whether you will definitely be picking up on the 13th or if pick up would be on the 14th so I can arrange my trips accordingly to be in town that day. Also, I will need to know what particular day you would be delivering in Florida so I can ensure someone is available to let you into the house then.
What is your insurance #/info? What is your policy for damage, loss, theft, etc? Do you require dressers/desks to be emptied? (If so, I will have a few boxes to go too.) Do you have any restrictions on what you can take (ex. Liquids)?
Thanks,
Lindsay (11/9/2009)

Response: pick up would be on the 14th delivery would be on the 16th clothes may remain in dresser we actually prefer it that way( less boxes and space needed) we can carry liquids no hazmat allowed as long as they are in a sealed container, we have our own insurance policy cargo insurance is free to you and required by law, additonal insurance is available to you at a low price for accidents like dropped furniture or scratches which is very very rare but that option is available (11/9/2009)

Response: Hi,
Sounds good. Let me make some calls to see if someone would be around in Florida to be at the house when you arrive on the 16th. Do you know whether it would be during the day or evening? After work would probably work best for me to get someone to meet you there. Also, am I correct in understanding you have people who load and unload?
Thanks very much,
Lindsay (11/9/2009)

Question: i can pickup this week. and store for you. my next florida trip is booked but could set up a dec date let me know i can do $650 (11/8/2009)

Response: Hi Kevin,
I can't afford to spend more than $500 on the shipment. Also, I'm a little concerned about lack of insurance coverage. Aside from blankets and cardboard, what other safe guards do you use? What is your policy for loss, damage, theft, etc? Also, I do not have anyone to help lift and move items other than myself. Obviously I'm not able to move a sofabed or queen bed without assistance, so do you have people who come with you to help load?
Thanks,
Lindsay (11/9/2009)

Response: i cant bring help i work alone. if i brought someone for theflorida ride i would have to pay him for 3 days of just riding. thats wasted money (11/9/2009)

Response: Hi Kevin, It's not neccessarily wasted money if by offering additional services (loading/unloading) you gain more customers and jobs. Thanks anyway. (11/10/2009)

Response: thats true but everyone wants cheap service and the distance traveled and cost that go out its just not working. when you take a long trip u might only need that person for one stop but you have them for the whole trip (11/10/2009)

Response: Perhaps then you could consider using contract laborers in the specific locations where you need the extra assistance rather than transporting the extra person for the entire trip. Just an idea that may help you grow your business. Best of luck! (11/10/2009)

Thank you for the question! That sounds absolutely terrific! The lease on my apartment in NJ is finished at the end of the month and I must have everything out of the unit by December 1st. Is there any way you might be able to load my items early and then just bring them to FL on the 5th as you mentioned? If not, I can see if I might be able to leave them in the basement for a couple days until you can come. Also, are you licensed and insured? What is your policy for damage, loss, theft, etc?
