Response: Traffic around my area is never bad since I am located in the residential area. If the driver can come around 11am to 12pm, that would be perfect. But no later than 4pm because I need to return the keys to the management office. Btw, is there any additional charges that I need to know for both pick up and delivery. Such as, elevator use, flights, shuttle/truck to deliver with in NY city and etc. Or the quoted price is flat rate for all? One last question, I will storage place in NYC, how much will the storage cost? (5/18/2008)
Response: No there will not be addiotional fee, that is a flat rate. You need an extra storage for items other then the boxes? If that is correct then it would be between 10-20 a day depending on how long you want to store. Thanks Ty (5/18/2008)
Response: Great with the flat rate, I appreciate it. For the storage, I don't have a place to move my boxes yet. Most moving companies I have dealt with the past offers 30 days free storage (starting from the pickup date) and any additional would cost extra per month charge. Currently, I might need to store the boxes until June 23 or August 31. I will be out of the country in between the two dates, 6/25-8/26. Do you have any suggested solution for this? Thanks! Response: Ok what we can do is give you a couple options. I could store these for the 30 days and then you could pay on a month base or just a flat fee to store them for up till 3 months. Response: Yes the storage for 30days will be no charge. Then after that depending on how long the storage is the price will be 30$ a month and 3month flat fee of 75 dollars.
