Hey Matt, I have a shipment going to New Mexico leaving on Monday March 5th. Would your stuff be ready to go on Monday? I have room in my enclosed trailer for the lathe and a work bench depending on the size. What are the dimensions of the work bench?

Response: I am getting the details on the bench. I believe it is a normal hardwood woodworking bench (Top may come off) I think the lathe and accessories would be ready to go. I am not there so I am coordinating to get a friend to inspect and pack the items hence the date. For a good rate it would be possible. There is also the possibility of a small craftsman 14inch bandsaw. Let me know what your best pricing would be I am trying to get the deal together. Thanks.2/28/2012

Response: FYI I am working on the logistics. I will get a specific address for the pickup and find out available times when there will be people to assist with the load. When is the last window of time for you to leave with this shipment? The shop owner is out of the country until the 5th or 6th Although, I believe his staff is around. I am attempting to get someone their to inspect and bundle the items on my behalf beforehand. Let me know as to your flexibility. Maybe we can make this happen.2/29/2012

Response: I just spoke with the Lathe owner in DC and unfortunately he won't get back to bundle the items and be available to help load until the 6th. Response: That may work. The owner/seller of the items gets back to town on the 6th. We are going to finalize the details then and Hopefully you could pick up the items the next day. I don't know his exact schedule but I know he has shop employees that can help with the loading. I'm not sure yet what else will be included and what will be involved with either crating or boxing. I believe that all the items could be strapped down and blanket covered in an enclosed trailer. I know the lathe can be broken down by removing 8 bolts and put on a pallet if needed. I'll keep you posted. Let me know if this would fit your schedule and your flexibility to make things work.3/2/2012

If the guys at the pickup location can assist with loading then Im not worried about breaking anything down or palletizing anything. I can position it inside the trailer and strap everything down. What is your likely timeframe? How do we talk so that I can confirm your schedule and space availability.
