I am serious about it but want to make you aware of some details before we book: There will be some help with loading if you need it on the pick up side, but at the delivery location we cannot provide assistance. Also, the delivery location is an apartment building that requires insurance to move furniture in and out. The building can only accept deliveries between 9-4 Monday- Friday. Response: It is not a high traffic block, so you should be able to find a spot on the street/ put on your flashers and stop. It is on the 15th floor but there is a freight elevator and no steps to get to that elevator. Hope this helps!7/20/2012
