Question: how many trailers are on this load
(10/29/2009)

Response: This load will probably be 4 trailer. One 18' flatbed, and 3 smaller single axe trailers. Sometimes I have to add one last minute, but it will only be one single stack. I will have other loads of up to 10 trailers. I will also need trailers shipped from Mt. Pleasant Texas and New Port Arkansas in the future.
Thanks,
Mike (10/29/2009)

Question: $400 to truck at delivery, JB truckin is 100% DOT leagal, 100% insurred for your protection and mine, and 100% positive feedback with a 5star rating from customers whom recommend my service. Will this be ready in the morning? JB (10/29/2009)

Response: No thanks, I can get them shipped on a flatbed by a semi for 1.60 mile. (10/29/2009)

Response: Excuse me, if you put a calculator to it sir, my $400 bid was less than $1.60 per mile that you state, 301 miles x $1.60 = $481.60. JB (10/29/2009)

Response: You're right, my mistake (10/31/2009)

Question: do u have a way of loading them up?
(10/29/2009)

Response: They don't need to be loaded on anything. The bottom trailer hauls the rest. I just need them pulled from Sikeston to Missouri. If you are asking if they could be put on your trailer, I suppose they could, but it would take time to load them at the manufacturer in Sikeston, and my forklift only lifts about 12' so they would probably have to put in two stacks which would require at lest a 35' trailer of so. (10/29/2009)

Response: ok can u do it for about 250 (10/29/2009)

Response: As light as this load is and all I need is a truck and a driver, I would like to stay at $200. If you are local and would be interested in hauling more loads for me in the future, I would be willing to pay 250 for the double stacks, but not for this one.
Mike (10/29/2009)

Response: I am out of springdale and have a 1 ton dodge so i will do it for 200 cash when the load is droped off (10/29/2009)

Response: Are you insured? Also, would you be interested in hauling my trailers from Mt. Pleasant, Texas and New Port Arkansas for about the same money. They are all about 320 miles from Joplin. (10/29/2009)

Response: i have 300,000 with state farm. but the other loads the price will have to come up a bit. (10/29/2009)

Response: I may use my neighbor to haul this load because it is so small (he only has a half to truck), but I will need many, many loads hauled from the locations I mentioned earlier in the future. [contact information request removed] Also, could you submit a bid for $200 for this load to let me decide.
Thanks,
Mike (10/29/2009)

Response: ok i placed a bid. and uship will not let me give any direct info to contact me.
(10/29/2009)

Response: OK, I will let you know. What happened to a bid of $200 for this load? (10/29/2009)

Response: [content removed - To avoid confusion on the part of the customer, TSP’s may not mention “uShip fees/commission”, or similar language in their Q&A and bids must be all inclusive. -uShip]im already going to brake even on the trip becuz of the dead time i have. thats even geting 18.4 miles to the gallon. im doing this cheap so i can get my name out there and get pionts. thank you. (10/29/2009)

Response: I will let you know. Thanks for the good bid. (10/29/2009)

Question: Looks like you want some one to drive 300+ miles each way over 600+ round trip and wait how long to get loaded.? Pay for insurance ,truck and fuel ,time and risk. for $200,not trying to be rude but Wow. I do understand why you don't want to take the time yourself. I was really looking for work but that below real world cost. Have a nice one ton diesel ,pulls 19000 lb and cost me .66 cents a mile to run. Bob (10/29/2009)

Response: Bob, I appreciate your response. The way I understand the trucking business is that you plan loads to go one way and pick up another load at or near that location. So, that cuts your milage in half. If it cost you .66 a mile to run that means you are getting about 4 miles per gallon. Even if you are considering tire and engine wear .66 is still very inefficient. Also, the trailers are in stacks, therefore you don't have to wait at all to get loaded, just strap and go. Question: Hi! How are you? I'm Brad and im from marion ky bout 38 miles from paducah. Have a 2008 chevy 2500 HD and looking to make extra cash on the side. I could probly help out with alot of loads. Have full coverage insurance and covers anything hooked to it. In past loads that I have ran on here I've priced between 1.15 and 1.50 a mile so I would like to try and stay with in that range. THANKS! and hope to be working with you soon. Let me know if this works for you and I put in a bid. THANKS! (10/30/2009)

Response: No thanks (10/31/2009)

Response: How many would this lead to if I do it for 200? THANKS! (11/1/2009)

Response: I can't say for sure. I have made trips as often as once a week in the spring and summer. I order on a per needed basis. Usually in the winter it will be once or twice a month. What I would like is to find one or two guys I can depend on to pick up and deliver to me so I know my merchandise is in good hands. I can't afford to pay a fortune for shipping and stay competitive on price to the end user. (11/1/2009)

Question: Shipper will you pleae clarify? This is a oneway trip, right? Flatbed does not have to be retured empty back to you. Also would next weekend be too early? Thanks Dale/Budselectric (10/31/2009)

Response: Yes, this is a one way trip. You will be hooking up a stack of trailers in sikeston, mo and pulling the stack to Joplin, MO and dropping it off. (10/31/2009)
