Hello there: Let me know when you make the updates to the shipment and if you think I might be able to help you. I'm definitely going east on Monday the 22nd and would love to load up the truck for the trip. Take care, AlanReport a Violation
Response: Alan, I was going to set a max $ on the shipment but did not want to limit the bids. UPS can ship it for cheaper than $1500 (their est. was $1100) but we felt that was above our limit. This fabric belonged to my Mother, who was an Interntational Artist. She recently passed away and asked before her death for all her fabric to be sent to this monastery in MA. It is a cloistered order that sews the vestments and altar cloths for religious leaders around the US. We are trying to honor her wishes. We are trying to keep the cost around $750. 11/10/2010Report a Violation
Response: Hey there: I contracted on a return load yesterday going back east. I will keep watching this listing though, if I get anything else heading out to the midwest area soon I'll put a bid of $750 on the fabric. That is a reasonable enough price and you should be able to match that with a little patience. Good luck with everything if you don't hear from me soon, Alan 11/10/2010Report a Violation
Response: Have found another shipper. Thanks.11/19/2010Report a Violation
Hello, can you arrange to have this strapped and secured to a pallet or crated? If so we can offer you a great price on shipping. Thanks, please advise. Report a Violation
Response: I can have the fabric palletized and shrinkwrapped. Can you provide a cost on the shipping and provide an estimated pick-up date? Thanks.11/16/2010Report a Violation
Response: Hello, sorry it took so long to get back to you. We can probably offer you very good pricing on this but we would need to know roughly how many pallets this could be packed onto and the approximate dimensions of each pallet. If you can give us an idea of that we can submit our best pricing. THanks, please advise.11/18/2010Report a Violation

Do you still need this done? If so i would be glad to help and would do this cheaper than anyone else due to the circumstances.thank you ........j and eReport a Violation
Response: Yes, but I need the shipment to go as is unless you are willing to palletize or crate. I do not have the resources to crate or palletize. If you can still do it, as is, I would like the fabric picked up by Monday, 22 Nov 2010.11/20/2010Report a Violation
Response: How much space will your textiles take up?Im trying to figure out what they are.I have a semi with a 26ft fully enclosed box ob the back.Im not worried about palletizing them if you arent.thank you.......j and e11/20/2010Report a Violation
Response: It is 21 rolls of fabric about 5' in length. The average circumference is about 8". There are 21 flat bundles; average length is about 3' but they are only about 2" in height and about 12" wide. Then there are 22 large plastic trash bags of fabric pieces. The weight all total is 1100 lbs. All the fabric is wrapped in plastic so there should be no additional protection from the elements. The 26 ft. box should be plenty of room. Can you pick up tomorrow, Monday, 22 November? I am departing the area and would like to get the fabric picked up before I leave. Thanks.11/21/2010Report a Violation
Response: We can pickup tom. evening for 750.00 plus uship fees.Let me know what you think and we will place a formal bid.thank you for your time........j and e11/21/2010Report a Violation
