  • Shipment Details: This is a SouthBend Heavy 10" lathe from the 1970's mounted on a cabinet. The seller has packaged it on a pallet for standard shipping. The weight including the palatte is approximately 1300-1500 pounds.
  • Packaging: Standard pallet will be provided by the seller so that standard commercial shippers may be used. Destination requires a liftgate to the driveway only, no interior delivery required.
  • Dimensions(s):The lathe and cabinet are 48" x 24" wide by 30" high.
  • Total Weight:1500 lbs
  • Preferred Truck or Trailer:Tailgate/Liftgate to sidewalk/driveway only. NO interior delivery required.

Additional Information: NOTE: Carrier needs to contact the pickup business before delivery to insure access. Seller is a single proprietor shop and needs to be contacted before pickup. Report a Violation

All of our 1200+ shipments have been prepaid and not once has there ever been an issue with our company not following through with a shipment. Response: I am going on vacation until 8/11. I wont have the money until then, and I wont be home to accept delivery until that week. That is the problem. If you rebid at $450, I will accept and try to get the money sooner. Thanks. Nelson (7/22/2008)

Response: good & as per uShip rules, bid rated all inclusive per posting info: “Business to Residential” with liftgate delivery service curbside ... Shipper (consignor) to load palletized lathe & cabinet to back of truck & Consignee to receive / unload same from liftgate ... Do you have any questions or require rate and/or service clarification?? ... If so, then please ask before accepting ... THX (P.S. - Cost savings can often be realized by consignee picking-up shipment at carrier’s terminal location so as to avoid residential, limited access and/or liftgate accessorial charges ...
