Response: Hi Robert, The sooner the better for the puppy. The trainer in TX is the one who recommended I get online to look for someone who is going his way. He said I probably wouldn't need to spend more than $300-$400. Because folks are traversing the country and someone is bound to be heading where she needs to go.
