Response: It is ready to go any time. It's destination is my warehouse is north of Seattle in Ferndale. I'm curious what additional costs you would add if you were able to get it to Vancouver, Canada? If you do not do cross border that is okay, but I wanted to check just in case you did. (10/22/2008)
