There are approximately 10 separate pieces. Treadmill base is large and very heavy. Lift-Gate truck is required at pickup. Lift-Gate truck is not required for drop off at warehouse. Questions for this shipment: 

Question: hi why is a lift gate required if the total is weight is 313 lbs and it is disassembled (5/18/2008)
Response: The treadmill base weights about 200 pounds. Two strong men may be able to lift it into the truck without a lift-gate. If so, then a lift-gate will not be necessary. Thanks for your question. Jerry (5/18/2008)

Response: Hello, Are you available to pickup my treadmill either Wednesday, Thursday, or Friday of this week? The delivery must be made no later than next Wednesday. The destination warehouse hours are from 6:00 AM to 3:00 PM. It is about a three hour drive from the pickup location to the destination address; therefore, if you plan on delivering it on the same day as the pickup, you will have to make the pickup by about 10:00 AM. Will your standard insurance cover $3,000 or will I need to purchase additional insurance? Thanks, Jerry (5/27/2008)
