Additional Information: I need to move a few things from Portland, Or to Sunnyvale (San Jose Area) California. I won't have much stuff that needs to go, but there will be a rather large mattress, as well as a few boxes of clothes/household items, 4 plants, and 6 pieces of art. All in all it would take up a very small amount of room in your truck. I've used Uship once before, and it was an overall positive experience. I'm hoping to replicate my prior experience this time around.

Please let me know if you're going to be heading to the Bay Area in the near future. I am completely flexible on dates, and can have everything packed as early as this weekend, and as late as early December. The sooner the better but again, I can work around your schedule.

In the name of being economic I am planning on packing my own boxes, so everything will be properly boxed and taped upon arrival for pickup. There will be a couple fragile items which will be packed and labeled accordingly. Upon arrival in California there will be a person to unpack or help unpack the items from the truck.

Response: Rudy, wow, what a fast response! A couple questions: -when are you leaving, as in what day and what time? -is this a one day trip, as in, will you arrive in the bay area the same day? -because the mattress is quite large, will you be able to help unload into an apartment? -how often do you make this trip? By your feedback I would love to utilize your services, but though my post says differently, a couple extra weeks would be optimum as far as time to prepare. Thank, Rudy! (10/28/2008)
