Question: do you have any help loading or unloading (1/15/2008)

Response: Do you have some availability? I would need to have the stuff moved sometime before the end of the month. To be honest that is when I have to my stuff out of this house in FL. (1/15/2008)

Response: we will be in fl end of this week and could deliver for you for 495 if interested. (1/15/2008)

Response: Well,
Here is situation me and my roommate currently live in FL and both need to get our stuff out of this house before February. The house is a 1,100 sq ft. 2 bedroom and 2 bath. My initial inquiry was just for the items in my bedroom. What would the rate be for the entire house? Unfortuanly I can not afford $495 alone, I just do not have the money. Is there anyway possible to offer any other better rates? (1/15/2008)

Response: depends on what you are loking for. We could send one guy to help load and drive our truck to deliver your belongings and help unload on arrival. We would need a rough list of belongings. The expense for the job would run you $1899 (1/15/2008)

Question: Goodmorning, I just wanted to drop a note to let you know that I am working on a price for your move, If you have any questions, please feel free to ask, thanks and hope to talk soon, linda (1/16/2008)

Response: Linda,
Were you ever able to come up with a price for this move? (1/16/2008)

Response: Well, I have just looked at it this morning, I'm hoping to have a price soon. thanks again, linda (1/16/2008)

Question: hello from Charlotte. Would the weekend of Jan. 25-26-27 work for you? Please give me a list of what you have, specifically what your room mate has, that is not already on your list. We all bid on what you havem whether it will fit in our trucks. With your room mate adding their things, you may need to get financial help from the room mate also. The gas for this trip is over $400. You said you would load and unload. I can help myself and provide the truck and do the driving. I could probably pick up on the 26th or 27th and deliver the next day. (1/16/2008)

Response: Here is a list of the roommates belongings:
1 corner piece – 3x3x5
2 mini fridges
small computer desk
clothes
large sectional couch + autumns
1 small safe
4-5 small kitchen appliances (blender, mixer, etc)
4-5 medium boxes of misc items
Small Push Lawnmower
Medium size charcoal grill
1 27” TV
I am mainly concerned about my items that I have listed in the inventory sheet but would consider combining my stuff with the roommates belongings to help ease the cost. (1/16/2008)

Response: hi.........no bed for the room mate? I am not sure both yours and the ohters will fit in my truck. The trip is over 800 miles for me. My bid would be somewhere between the two bids you have now. Most likely pickup on the 27th and deliver the 28th. (1/16/2008)

Response: There is no bed. He is throwing it away. We also have our cars here they we are going to pack full of stuff. One Honda Accord and one SUV. Those dates would workout PERFECT for us, what would your price be to help us with this move? (1/16/2008)

Response: hi....some questions.....how many pieces is the couch?
for room mate you list clothes.......will those be boxed or bagged? will the dresser drawers be empty?
so you and roommmate can help load and unload?
(1/16/2008)

Response: Its a 7 piece couch which includes the autumns in that total. My roommate said he would box or bag the clothes, which ever is easiest for you. The drawers will likely not be empty. Its a fairly cheap and light weight dresser. When I moved in, my roommate and I carried it in the place NO problem. Yes we will have several people to help unload. On the loading end the roommate and I both would be helping. We would have it all prepared and ready to load onto the truck. (1/16/2008)

Response: I've made a list of all the items for both persons and I do not think my truck (14 feet) will be big enough, 7 piece sofa one of the reasons.
The "amount" of items, whether my truck is 50% full or 100% full, and whether loading takes one hour or three hours, none of that is really part of my bids. My bids reflect the gas expense and the number of hours to make the trip. So, my bid for your shipment alone, would be similar to the bid for both shipments (you and your roommate). I'm figuring 16 drive hours and over 800 miles extra (excluding Charlotte and from Ocala since I'll be in Ocala on the 26th or 27th) or over $320 for gas. My bid would be higher than the bid you have now. (1/16/2008)

Response: Well what if we excluded the couch would you have room for the rest of the items? If need be we could make a few sacrifices. We are just in a very tight situation and have to leave Florida and are on a limited budget. What is your bid for both the roommates and I stuff? As well as bid just for my stuff, which are the items listed on this posting in the inventory sheet? (1/16/2008)

Response: I'm waiting on news about my trip to Ocala, so I would have to be certain on my dates, etc. before bidding your listing. It is 10 days away so I'm sure I hear something soon. When do you need to know for sure? running out of time might require deposit by Western Union from most any grocery store. I'd pay the Western Union fee. (1/16/2008)

Response: I would just like to know something ASAP. I understand you have to confirm your prior arrangements before letting me know. (1/16/2008)

Response: Once you accept someone's bid, you can then, according to Uship rules, exchange phone numbers and e-mails with the service provider. Then you can go to "My Uship" and print out copies of the bid with all the numbers and details, that is a contract of sorts.
(1/16/2008)

Response: Sounds good my friend. Just keep me updated. (1/16/2008)

Response: Here is the info I was waiting for: "Also, more problems with the closing so I have now decided to leave the moving date on the original weekend we planned in February, the 9-10th. I am so stressed with the bank and their inspections and delay's I am not even hoping to be able to move earlier."
It seems little chance I'll be in Fla. until that weekend. (1/17/2008)

Response: Ah! Well I appreciate your help. I was hoping we could do some business together. (1/17/2008)

Response: If something changes I'll let you know. I'm in NC and could not make the trip unless I had a job that took me to the middle of Florida. (1/17/2008)

Response: Understandably. (1/17/2008)

Question: hi, how many chairs with the dining table? (1/16/2008)

Response: There is 4 chairs with the table. I can take the legs off of the table for you as well to help with saving some room on the truck. (1/16/2008)

Response: I'm not saying it all will not fit, I am saying I'm not certain. It is almost 300 miles from Ocala to Ft. Lauderdale. Neither of us wants a surprise where it does not fit. I also am forced to require a deposit since I am not local to u and have expenses to u and lost money to bad checks and had people cancel at the door after I drove along way, so a modest deposit and balances in cash or money orders. Deposit by postal or other cheap money orders. I doubt I could make the trip before dark, so Winston Salem would be a Mon. Jan 27th delivery, unless I arrived in Ft. Lauderdale on Saturday afternoon. Right now my plans 2 Ocala are not 100%. I'm going, but not positive on the day or time. I "think" the plan will be 2 arrive in Ocala in the morning of the 26th or 27th. If so, arrival in the morning, on 2 your location, load & back on the road by dark I could be in W/S the next day, afternoon. U may not be comfortable with a deposit but my feedback and customer comments are there 4 u 2 see. (1/16/2008)

Response: I understand the deposit, we would defiantly need some type of contract or agreement agreed upon by both us with signatures before I would send the deposit. I would put together a very brief contract and fax to you for you to sign and return to me and I would have no problem sending over a deposit. I also understand dates can not be guaranteed. Please as soon as you make your arrangements let me know what your rates would be just for my items (listed in the inventory sheet) as well as a rate for my roommate and my stuff. Thanks for everything so far! (1/16/2008)

Question: Hi, I have a bid in under R6Enterprise and was wondering if you still need this moved? Thanx, let me know, Tom Jr. R6Enterprise (1/17/2008)

Response: Tom,
When could you pickup? (1/17/2008)

Response: I will be in your area on Monday evening are Tuesday and can pick up then. I will be able to deliver on the weekend are first thing Monday morning. I have recieved a couple of jobs down there going North so if you need me make sure and let me know soon. I have to keep a close eye on the shipments so I don't get overloaded. As soon as I'm full I have to cancel all active bids. Thanx, Tom Jr. R6enterprise... (1/18/2008)

Question: hi, i can help you with your move. are you going to be there to help with the loading?? i live in charlotte (1/17/2008)

Response: Yes, I will be here to help with loading as well as a friend. On the unloading end, will have lots of help. (1/17/2008)

Response: o.k. i will be down there in the next 5-6 days. is there a lot of stuff in the 2 bedrooms? need to know because i dont want to book something that cant fit with the stuff i will have already. thanks (1/17/2008)

Response: Well, I basically have two options. a.) I need to move my stuff which is the number one priority. My stuff consist of the stuff listed on this post in the inventory sheet, not much at all! b.) My other option is to combine my stuff with my roommates stuff to help make the move more cost efficient. The items he would be looking to transport are as follows: 1 corner piece – 3x3x5, 2 mini fridges small computer desk, boxed clothes, sectional couch + autumns (7 pieces total), 1 small safe 4-5, small kitchen appliances (blender, mixer, etc), 4-5 medium boxes of misc items, Small Push Lawnmower, Medium size charcoal grill, 27” TV.
What do you think? (1/17/2008)

Response: that is no problem. i know all of that will fit in my trailer. when are you ready to go?? (1/17/2008)

Response: Next week sometime would be great for me. We could do something between the 23rd and 25th or even extend into the weekend if it would be more convenient for you. What would the price be for just my stuff and what would the price be for both of our belongings? (1/18/2008)

Response: those dates are good for me, 500/900, thanks, let me know so i can place a bid right away. (1/19/2008)

Response: Great, when do you think you would want to load? How long for delivery? Also, what type of equipment do you guys have? I will discuss this with my roommate here shortly and let you know. Thanks so much for the help! (1/19/2008)

Response: I can pick up on the 24th or 25th. and deliver a day or 2 after. I have a 48' enclosed trailer driven with a 2007 dulley. I have all the padsn starps and moving blankets to insure a safe delivery. thanks (1/19/2008)

Response: Perfect! How does your payment policy work? (1/19/2008)

Response: good, you can pay by cash or check before pick up or cash only at delivery...thanks (1/19/2008)

Response: great, we have talked this is over and are pretty sure it would work for us. So, please go ahead and make the bid for $900 for both of our belongings so we may go ahead and accept and coordinate everything. (1/19/2008)

Response: sorry for the delay, i was driving and i just stopped. i will bid the 900. thanks (1/19/2008)

Response: the $900 is for both me and my roommates belongings correct? (1/19/2008)

Response: yes its for both of you. is everything going to be ready to go? (boxed up) (1/19/2008)

Response: Yep, it will be. When do you estimate you will be here? I know you can't give exact but what is your ETA here in Florida? (1/19/2008)

Question: hi shipper, i saw the list of the items for your roomate in the questions part and based on this info we can combined the loads and ship them for $ 1,100.0, pick up any time you like because we are from coral springs(broward county). we are a moving reliable company and not a guy with a trailer we provide full service of loading and unloading disassmble and reassemble of furnitures. as well we can come to your place upon choosing our bid and signed the contract prior to the move so everythind is understand on both sides. thanks ron. (1/18/2008)

Response: Great, let me discuss this with my roommate and I will let you know. Thanks for the information. (1/19/2008)
