Questions for this shipment:

Question: If I can get a load coming back I could move you for $900. Will that work? Steve (5/1/2008)
Response: I can rent a Uhaul for $255 and spend about $100 in gas to do it myself. $900 is way to high. I'm thinking like $200, Sorry. (5/1/2008)
Question: We can move it all for $600. We would use a 12x6 Uhaul trailer behind our Suburban. We can do this 5/3 and deliver on 5/4. Let me know and we will place a bid. (5/2/2008)
Response: I'm thinking around $250 I can rent a budget truck and drive it for less than $600. Thanks though. corY. (5/3/2008)
Response: Don't forget that Budget charges .89$ per mile. Plus, Budget trucks get about 8mi per gal, so at current price of fuel, plan to spend $500+ for fuel. Thought we would offer $600 at our break even point since we have a load to pick up on Monday in Tacoma. Good Luck. (5/3/2008)
Response: unlimited miles with budget trucks. I spent $120 towing a car 2 months ago. $600 is still to high. (5/4/2008)
Question: 470 miles, 8 MPG is $235 @ 4.00 a gallon, plus you have to return the vehicle with a full tank, so maybe add another 200... Plus mileage. 8 hours of driving, meals and dont forget about getting insurance from your rental company which is usually another 25 dollars per day... so add another 50 for a 2 day rental. (5/4/2008)
Response: You really know how to win someone over with your kind words and the way you treat them with respect. I already told you I did the same drive for $180 in gas 2 months ago and who needs insurance? Thanks but no thanks. (5/5/2008)
Response: I was'nt trying to win you over, we are trying to make a living with this website, not do charity work... Quit wasting our time...:) (5/7/2008)
Response: [content reomoved - profanity] I told you $600 was to high the first time. I think your confused about who's time is being wasted here. I'm also not asking for charity I just don't want to get taken advantage of for such a short trip. (5/9/2008)
Response: [NOTE: Per uShip rules, bids must be all inclusive. –uShip] Good luck with your move... (5/9/2008)
Question: wow (5/5/2008)
Response: wow what? (5/9/2008)
Question: Cory, I was just looking over your listing. There is more stuff here than there was in the last listing. Prices have gone up considerably since it was done the last time (your previous shipment). What is a good realistic figure for this move? (5/14/2008)
Response: xcountryxpress I'm really trying to hitch a ride with someones order. I moved around the same amount of stuff in late '06 from these two locations only switched for $250-$300 so I'm really looking for something in that price range. I already have a Budget truck reserved for $350 with a trailer to tow my car with. I understand gas is expensive and with that being said I can do the move myself for around $500ish so I'm really just seeing if I can save a little money here. I'm not looking for handouts or trying to put anyone out of business here. Like I said just trying to hitch a ride for my boxes and bed. My bid has expired but if this seems like a feasible order let me know and I'll re-post the listing. Thanks corY. (5/17/2008)
Response: Not sure if I can make it that much cost effective for you if you can do it for those numbers. The savings would not be that much. (5/17/2008)
Response: Thanks for the speedy response. I understand completely. This order isn't for everybody. I'll more than likely do it myself. But I'm fishing for a good deal. Thanks. Cory. (5/17/2008)
Response: No problem. Good luck with everything. (5/17/2008)
Question: Cory, Already went and came back. Sorry you missed that trip. jsuprock (5/19/2008)
Question: Cory-I can save you some money if your willing to bring a trailer this way. I have a 16ft enclosed aluma (bike) trailer, that is sitting in Stevensville and needs to be brought back to Lynnwood (anywhere near Seattle is fine.) Empty it weighs less than 900 lbs, and it the rear door is a ramp, fully functional, fully legal. I can put a bid in for $1 and if you accept we can go from there. peace. (5/24/2008)
Response: If I had a truck to pull the trailer I would be all over this deal. But the only vehicle I have is a 1974 Valiant and I don't think it would be able to tow a full trailer. Thanks for the offer though.. Good luck with the trailer. Cory. (5/24/2008)
