Additional Information: I live on a military base and can only have 2 cats in my post quarters. A stray cat took residence under my patio furniture in the back yard. We took to Vet and had cleaned up and vaccinated but we can't keep him. I don't want to give him to a shelter so I'd like to ship him to Iowa on my parents farm. We can't keep him due to our post housing regulations. Report a Violation
