Questions for this shipment:

Question: I have a home here in SoCal about 20 min north of Orange Co. I am leaving next week and pulling my open trailer that is setup with Condor wheel chocks and will be heading back to Tn. with 2 other bikes, Trailer has a front stone gaurd so no damage can occur. My bid will be 375.00 let me know if this is of interest to you. (8/30/2007)
Response: Hello. Your offer is of interest to me. I also have another open trailer bid of $350. Would you be willing to meet or beat this offer? Thanks, Chris (8/30/2007)
Response: Yes, I can go 335.00 if your interested and want to seal the deal. (8/30/2007)
Response: Hello. I am interested and would like to seal the deal for $335. Would it be possible for you to submit a formal bid for that amount? Thanks, Chris [phone number removed] (8/31/2007)
Response: Chris, I hadnt forgot you, I am working on a few other deals also. Should have everything done tommorow or Sunday. But dont pass up a good deal if another comes along. (9/1/2007)
Response: Ok, but I'm still interested. Thanks, Chris (9/1/2007)
Question: Can your bike be shipped in a pick up bed strapped & locked securley ? (8/31/2007)
Response: Hello. Yes, I would entertain the bike being shipped in a pickup bed if it is strapped and locked securely. However, I would expect that arrangement to be signicantly less costly than the $335 quote I received to ship the bike on a trailer designed to haul motorcycles. Fuel for the trip in an empty, unloaded diesel pickup would be about $250. See if you can make me an offer over that but significantly less than $335. Thanks, Chris (8/31/2007)
Response: I will pass. Thank you (8/31/2007)
Response: Hello. Are you certain? I apologize if I selected a poor word choice in my earlier response. Please allow me to rephrase and clarify. I would accept a bid such as $310 for shipping in a pickup bed. That would pay for 1,400 miles of fuel and driving time, while still being notably cheaper than the $335 bid I received for shipping on a trailer. Whatever the outcome, I appreciate you considering my shipment. Thanks, Chris (9/1/2007)
Question: We are heading from Southern Calif on Monday 9/3 and heading to the Dallas/Fort Worth area. The shipment would arrive within 3-4 days. We would be able to do this shipment for $325.00. We need to know asap if you are interested so that we can place a bid. Thanks. McTizic Transport (9/1/2007)
Response: Hello. Yes, I am interested. Please place a bid and include the details of what you would be shipping the bike on (open or closed trailer, how securing, protection level, etc.). Thanks! Chris (9/1/2007)
