Questions for this shipment:

Question: You don't say much in the discription. What else can you tell us about this unit! (6/14/2005)
Response: This is a small, lightweight, vintage travel trailer of the "canned ham" variety, 1955 Shasta, body length approx 12' plus 3' tongue; have not yet bought so only have approx measurements: height 7'9" x width 6.5' x approx 1000-1200 lbs. would be coming from the Sheridan, WY 82801 area (do not have specific address yet), to Middletown, CA 95461 in July-Aug if purchase goes through. What else do you need to know? (6/14/2005)
Question: I am guessing from the requirements that is cannot be pulled. Does it roll? Why do we need pads? (6/14/2005)
Response: I probably can be pulled and yes, it does roll--I just thought that because it is a vintage trailer, and I have not had a chance to have it inspected or made road worthy yet, that it might be safer to put it in a van than to tow it. I have no idea if it needs pads or whatever; I just tried to answer the questions in the questionnaire as best I could without knowing WHAT it needed! How do you usually move things like this? Will take your advice-- (6/14/2005)
Question: I have a 40' lowboy open trailer I would be putting it on. (6/14/2005)
Response: That sounds fine. I still have not yet been able to close this purchase, however, so do not know if or when we would be needing to make the move. I will keep you posted. thanks. (6/14/2005)
Question: Could also make the move the first of August . OK ? (6/17/2005)
Response: I still haven't been able to close this purchase, so am not sure if/when we would need to move it--assuming we do get to buy it! I will keep you posted. Thanks! (6/17/2005)
Question: Still available? We are fully licensed and insured. (6/24/2005)
Response: We have just closed this purchasse and are ready to hire a shipper. If you can get your bid to us this weekend we will consider it. Thank you! (6/24/2005)
