By accepting this bid you are agreeing to this Service Provider's Terms and Conditions.
Any shipments that are transported on our trailers or on our equipment will be 100% our responsibility and we hold our customer harmless of any defects or equipment failures that are incurred during transport.
All customer trailers must be legally tagged and registered or prior arrangements must be made with me so that we can provide my transport tag. All customer trailers must be in good and "roadworthy" condition (tires, lights, hubs, brakes, hitch, frame, etc.). If there are any defects with trailer it is your responsibility to make repairs prior to pick up or any repairs that must be made by us will be billed $25.00 per hour for labor plus the actual cost of parts, receipts will be provided.
Any customer related equipment failure resulting in downtime that is in excess of 3 hours will result in being billed for a standard downtime charge. The standard downtime charges will be billed at $100.00 for any downtime exceeding 3 hours and $25 for each additional hour over until the equipment is back in service. We carry spare tires of our own in cases where the customer does not have a spare or a serviceable spare however anytime our spare tire must be utilized there will be an additional charge of $25.00 and it will only be used to transport the equipment to the nearest service center where a new tire will be installed at the customer's expense.
A full safety inspection of the your trailer will be conducted at the time of pickup which will include but not limited to inspection of tires, brakes, hubs, bearings, lights, hitch, frame, etc. Hubs will be greased and tires will be inflated to recommended pressure prior to transport.
In the event of a breakdown related to a customer related equipment failure, unless an exigent circumstance exists, the customer will have the option (at your expense) to have trailer taken to any repair shop in the area of their choice to have the parts replaced or allow us to repair the issue most issues on location at the actual cost of parts. If the customer chooses to have us repair your equipment standard downtime rates and labor of $25 per hour may apply.
We are insured for $1 million in liability and $100K in cargo at all times. Cargo can be insured up to $250K at no additional charge as long as notice is made in advance. Additional insurance can be purchased for an additional fee.
After booking we reserve the right to cancel any shipment if it is not as described or accurately described in the listing. To help prevent this from happening please do everything in your ability to ensure that all measurements and weights are properly calculated prior to accepting our bid.
We also reserve the right to cancel any shipment that is illegal or unsafe for any reason at any time after booking.
We offer real-time GPS tracking provided by Glympse on all shipments at no additional cost. Glympse will allow the customer to track the shipment in real-time by a cell phone or computer.
Can you pick up in first week in October?
Yes, all we need is 1 week notice and we can make it happen.
