Question: Hi Shipper, we can help you out with this transport, however, every 290 we have transported had a beam of 10'2" and a height of more than 10 with an arch. Are you sure about the dimensions you have listed? How soon are you looking to have this transported? We hope you will check out our profile on this site and get back to us, Thank You, Ron at Freedom’s Edge Marine. (11/7/2009)

Response: got the beam measurement from sea ray spec site on my model, pretty sure beam is 9', definetly has solid arch, not 100% on height measurement not near boat, might be between 10-12 ft. you say you have transported 1992, 290's, do you know what the height was on those transports, sorry for the confusion. time frame is with-in the month of Nov. Response: Hi Johnny, Prior to 1992 Sea Ray 290's were 10'2 in beam, I do see that yours does have a 9'beam, not that it makes a great deal of difference in that both require oversize permits, (anything over 8'6"). As far as the height is concerned, as long as there is not attached to the top of the arch, (radar etc) we should be fine. Do the stands and blocking that it is on now need to be transported with the boat to your residence? Is there enough room at your residence for a full size single axle tractor and trailer to back into? We might be able to do this for you this week if that is not to soon. Best Regards, Ron at Freedom's Edge Marine (11/7/2009)

Response: transport just boat, no attachments on arch, I have enough room at residence, as far as the time to do it, depends on the quote, thank you Ron. (11/7/2009)
