Response: Hi, I was informed that there are no steps at the pick-up location. The piano is on the first floor about 30ft from the driveway. Previous piano owner is anxious to move it. Thanks (9/10/2009)
Question: Hi, Would there be someone to help unload?? What about the pick up, stairs or what?? I live in Palm Coast, FL 25 mins from the pick up. I have a 28' enclosed trailer with a ramp door. Response: Hi Gary, The piano is located on the first floor with no steps involved at the pick-up location. The previous owner of the piano is anxious to move it preferably before the end of next week. I will not have help to load or unload the piano. Do you have full value insurance coverage?
