There are two boats to be delivered one is sail boat the other is 20ft long 8ft wide 6ft high
40 miles from port of Newark the sail boat is 240 miles from the same port
45ft flatbed or sailboat trailer will do the job for both but you must have blocking or cradle for sailboat

Questions for this shipment: 

Question: Thank you so much for the bid request! We do have pick ups, and deliveries in your area about the middle to end of next week, and our 24' trailer will be empty after Manheim PA. How long is the mast on the sail boat pictured? Would the pick up location be a yard that rents the cradles, and then we can return them after we deliver the second boat? We have jobs all over there in NY, and PA, so returning the cradles would not be out of the way for us as long as the boats can be loaded/unloaded from the pick up/delivery locations. Response: Hi Unfortunetly there are no credle for rent in both pickup they will load and unload the boats at the port no problem if you email me later i will send you pictures of the boats for motorboat tires are fine to secure it with tiedowns but the sailboat has about 24 in kell under it so just tires will not do the job and important the W of sailboat is 10ft thanks (3/18/2009)
Response: Yes, I see the sail boat has a wide beam. 120" may require permits/pilot, We will have to check on that today. What if we could get the motor boat, but not the sail boat? How much would that job pay? With no cradles, we would have to fab something up, which we have done before, but then that customer bought them from us at delivery. Maybe another yard around there rents them, we can check on that as well. A pic of the motor boat would be nice, but not a deal breaker. If you can add it to this listing for all to see it may help others get a better idea. Thanks! (3/18/2009)
Response: Yes it require permit that is why my offer was high if it was 8ft i had bids for 550-600$ as far the motor boat is only 40 miles so what can I offer 5$ mile or what you think I ship cars and trailers for 1,50 per mile Like I stated before for motorboat 8 tires are ok thenks (3/18/2009)

Response: Who is providing the cradles the boats will be offloaded onto at the port. In a previus port you stated the cradles. The cradle must be with the boat at the port for them to offload onto. The port does not provide cradles, only the flatrack. (3/22/2009)
Response: Hi I have DOCK RECEIPT that states Cradled also i have paid the shiper for trip on cradle for both boats so I asme that is it I will call Tom at Penbroke Marine tomorrow and make sure but i know he would tell me about that it this is not my first time dealing with them on shipping and now it will be about two boats everey month some on trailer and some cradled at both ends they will be loaded and unloaded this is included at my cost thanks make bid on this shippment and will deal again and again thanks (3/22/2009)
Response: Shipper, the cradle must be brought to the port with the boat, they do not provide this service. If the driver shows up with the boat and no cradle, they will not offload it, and the driver will be stuck. I will be going there monday, so this trip is off, but I run this route regularly.
