Questions for this shipment:

Question: could you pick up in sweetgrass mt.? (10/28/2009)
Question: Hello Shipper. What is your time frame for this shipment and do you have a broker in place for clearing customs into Canada? (11/3/2009)
Response: HI the purchaser of the motor home would like it shipped as soon as someone can do it, sooner the better. No he does not have someone clearing for customs. What does that entail? I had someone who was going to take it to Calgary and deal with the customs, although I do not know if he is going to be able to do the shipment yet. Please make a bid if you like and let me know about customs. Thanks, Matthew (11/5/2009)
Response: Hello Matthew. Thank you for your response. We require all shippers to use a broker. They handle all the paperwork, know all the ins and outs and handle all the headache. Many of our clients use AD Rutherford, Pacific Customs or A&A. They come at a variety of prices but you are looking at around $175.00 for their services. The US customs will require 72 hrs advanced notice before the vehicle will be allowed to cross. I will submit a bid for your consideration if it works into our trucks schedules. (11/5/2009)
Response: Hi, and thanks for the information. I think the purchaser may be dealing with the customs the begininig of next week. Please place a bid if it is in your route. Thanks, Matthew (11/5/2009)
Question: We are an expedited freight shipper who specializes in pulling trailers with diesel pickup trucks. We have Canadian authority and frequent Calgary/Edmonton. We have used/referred and been successful with a variety of customs brokers. We are available immediately for transport. Is it a bumper-pull, goose-neck or 5th wheel? David (11/5/2009)
Response: HI it is a small 20' motor home 4cyl. I have two shipments listed, I should have a picture listed on one. Or just google "Lesharo pictures" Thanks, Matthew (11/5/2009)
Response: Driveaway or hauled? (11/5/2009)
Response: Hauled. Thanks, Matthew (11/5/2009)
Response: Assuming you have the customs paperwork ready to go and have made contact with them, I could have it there over the weekend, if that works for you. We have used/referred shippers to Livingston (Coutts) and others successfully (not a horrific process, but required to cross the border with your goods). What is your timing and budget like? David (11/5/2009)
Response: HI Purchaser is willing to pay $1,500 tops for shipping I am sending him papers tomorrow, and he is going to get the customs out of the way. It would be ready to pick up probably Wednesday. Please let me know. Thanks, Matthew (11/5/2009)
Response: Wednesday should be fine. That is less than I expected, however, I will see if I can get another piece to bring up there to make up the difference so that it will work for both of us. I will bid it for $1500, probably tomorrow, when I secure the other piece. (11/5/2009)
Question: Hello. Wanting to follow up to the other ad. As mentioned I could move it for $1500 to Calgary loaded onto my trailer. Can we set this up next week? I have another load going into Alberta. Let me know if I should place a bid for acceptance. Thank you. (11/6/2009)
Question: We have a partial load out of Ogden, Utah, as long as the length is only 20 feet, we could arrange to pick up Wednesday. Just make sure that all border crossing papers are in order (11/7/2009)
