Additional Information: I have purchased this unit. Thanks to all who quoted on others that I was condsidering.
Has brakes on both axles, unit will be ready for transport at pick up time. Tires are still new only dealer to rv campground milage. Has front rock plate. Manual jack on tounge. Storage is gated but previous owners will meet driver for access and receiving a set of keys. No spare tire. Report a Violation

Questions for this shipment: 

Question: Can this unit be picked up before 09-01-08? we could do it for 1100. We could pick up this tuesday afternoon and have it to you by wed. if that could work. If not we will run our bid to the first. Thanks for the consideration. (8/25/2008)
Response: Hmmm, don't know if that is possible. Our banks are just staring to exhange information this morning for change of custody. Their bank is in California, they are still stuck on free way. Don't know how long it will take to execute, but figured a week. Your bid is in line with what I believe will be the range I expect for this distance. Will keep everyone informed if it can be moved sooner. I would be happy to get it here quicker....but banks move with feet of clay. Thanks. (8/25/2008)
Response: Sounds good. I wil go ahead and bid number. IF you want to accept and book it so that we can lock you in and move when your ready that will be fine. That would help in not delaying transport any longer than you would have to(if sooner is better than later).
